I love their cookies and brownies and want to enjoy them before we move out of Dallas area into another state. I ordered cookies through Uber app and have it delivered to my house. A dozen oatmeal raisin cookies and a dozen chocolate chip cookies for over $30 bucks. When I received them, I only received 6 oatmeal cookies and 6 chocolate chip cookies and that means only received one dozen cookies. What a rip off. Never ordering cookies again. Might as well go to Market Street or HEB for cookies. Good bye Texas and good bye Tiffs Treats for making an awful experience.

It's alright. I used the fifty percent off coupon code for first time users because it's been blowing up on Facebook lately and I was curious. Honestly these cookies are soft baked and came warm in the box, but they remind me of the premade Pillsbury cookie dough you get at Walmart in the fridge section . I could justify 1.00 per cookie, but 24 bucks for 12 is crazy stuff. Also, I had to drive half an hour away to pick up my order because I live east of McKinney. Either way you're spending a fortune for cookies you can make yourself. I suppose if you're too lazy to do it, you could go with these . But I most likely won't be buying anymore anytime soon.

Love the cookies but we got the tiffwich today and some guy with long red hair, hat, glasses, and star earrings gave us the worst service. Throwing silverware at us, giving us sass for simply saying out phone number. Horrible horrible service🙄. Icecream was fully melted and we said WE DIDNT want the ultimate tiffwich .. what is this melted piece of ..???

Picked up an order to help out a friend and her business. The lady behind the counter was extremely polite, welcoming, and friendly. I wish they made a candle that smelled like the store. Parking was easy, and the transaction was quick. Thanks!

Update: I was contacted by customer service who was very receptive to my review. Great customer service. They made things right. Upgrading from 3 to 5 stars.I love Tiffs Treats. Don’t order too often and am new to the app. I noticed the $10/dozen pick up and went to the shop. There was one employee present. She came to the front, no “welcome,” no smile, and I told her I would like to use the offer. She stared at me. I said “through the app.” She said “yeah” and stared at me. I thought I could pick from the case. My misunderstanding. I asked if I needed to order first through the app. She said “yes” and apparently walked off to the back because when I looked up from the app to ask a question about the wait, she was gone. Poor customer service. Needless to say, I did not make a purchase today.
