★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Absolutely one of the best local gems we’ve discovered! This bakery is only open four days a week, but trust me — it’s well worth the wait. We arrived early and still found a decent line forming, which honestly added to the excitement and anticipation. You can tell people know this place is something special. We picked up a sourdough loaf to take home, and it was absolutely perfect — crusty on the outside, soft and flavorful inside, with just the right tang. While we were there, we also sat down to enjoy a variety of pastries and croissants, all of which were buttery, flaky, and freshly made. The coffee was excellent too, strong and smooth, complementing the pastries beautifully. The patio setting was cozy and inviting, a lovely spot to relax and enjoy breakfast. Everything felt carefully crafted and full of heart. Can’t recommend this place enough — we’ll definitely be back!
May 27 · Mina TaheriWe waited in line on a Thursday early, around 7 am, we’er first in the line, the owner Karlo came out cleaning the windows, very humble and nice guy. Tried a bunch of bread and pastries, loved the purple Sourdough corn bread, all the pastries were excellent, not cheap but worth it 🙌 meet 3 people that day in line, so it became a great social event for us as well. Even got a tip on a new hiking trial, did not expect that, highly recommend the spot.
September 13 · Shawn ThomasDead heat for best bakery in OC. I thought I'd had the best until I tried 6100 bread. Totally understand why the line was so long to try this place. The bread and pastries here are absolute hits and leave you wanting to come back for more. They also offer a variety of drinks to go with your baked good. The sourdough here is my favorite and I always pick up a loaf. Love how helpful the staff is as well, they do a great job of explaining about the food.
August 30 · Anthony PinedaAn Industrial-style bakery that offers Filipino-inspired pastries and focaccia. This place was packed as soon as it opened. A line was outside the door. The place looks and smells great with all the fresh baked items laid out for you to choose from.I ordered the Ube Cruffin, which was so good, light and fluffy on the inside, crispy outside with sweet goodness in the middle. I also orderd the Pistachio Latte which was amazing to say the least.Plenty of seating outside for those wanting to stay and enjoy their food. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about each item. I met the owner, who is a cool guy, he even imparted some of his wisdom for my wife about baking. We greatly appreciated that.
April 13 · Jeremy LoyolaIt is a bit pricier, but you can definitely taste the difference. The coffee is amazing, perfectly balanced, sweet and maple flavors. The sourdough is like none other you’ve had before. the chocolate croissant, perfectly flaky and soft on the inside. can see them make everything fresh in the back. Definitely a must try spot. $6.50 for one mini baguette is a little on the steep side however.
