This place is so unique and has plenty of options to choose from both sweet and savory. Nothing was overly sweet from what I did have which I found refreshing. Got here around 5pm on a Sunday and there were still plenty of options, however there was definitely a lot missing. My advice is to get here early if you want to try everything as it was still busy when I went. Pastries were hit and miss for me but everything was delicious and fluffy. I'll definitely be back to try more.

85°C Bakery Cafe is a unique and exciting experience that offers a welcome departure from traditional American bakeries. This Taiwanese chain operates with a self-serve model, where you grab a tray and tongs and navigate through aisles of delicious-looking pastries, breads, and buns. The sheer variety is astonishing, with both sweet and savory options, from the iconic marble taro bread to savory cheese dogs and squid ink buns.The value here is excellent; you can fill a tray with a satisfying assortment for a very reasonable price. The bakery items are consistently fresh, with new batches often coming out of the oven. While the savory items are a standout, their desserts and cakes, while beautifully presented, can sometimes be an acquired taste, with a texture and level of sweetness that is different from Western desserts. The coffee and tea selection, particularly the signature Sea Salt Coffee, is a must-try. Be prepared for a crowd, as the popularity of this spot often means a bustling atmosphere and a line at the checkout. It's a fun, delicious, and budget-friendly place that’s perfect for exploring a new kind of pastry.

BEST BAKERY! Not only is everything fresh made and delicious, but it's also very cheap for what it is. Most items are under $5, though some of the cold foods and the cakes are more expensive. All of their cake and bread is really soft, airy, and fluffy. Their variety of sweet and savory is perfect. You'll want to try it all after your first bite!I highly recommend this place and trying everything on their menu. The only thing that I dislike are their drinks, which take too long to make and are not that great. Service is also very slow when it's morning and everyone is there, but I can't blame them.

This place is amazing! The employees were very nice and helpful. Atmosphere was somewhat busy but easy to move around up and down the bread isle. They have so much! And for such good prices too. An employee came out every 2 minutes to bring out fresh goods. Some of their stuff was still warm. They have trays you can set your stuff down on. Only issue was the seating, only 3 tables. They just opened so that could be the reason why. Such a nice place definitely coming back!

So happy this location open up. I used to travel to chandler for these pastries. They have more options. They also have a drive thru.
