85°C Bakery is absolutely amazing! Their cakes are incredibly delicious, with just the right balance of sweetness and flavor. They also offer a great variety of other baked goods and drinks, all of which are equally tasty and reasonably priced. It’s the perfect spot for anyone who loves quality desserts and drinks. Highly recommended!

We went in on a whim and ended up getting their Cantonese moon cake box. We brought it home and upon opening, one of them had mold all over it. The expiration date was listed as October 6, 2024. We called the store and were told that the manager only approved of an exchange and to bring it in. At that point, we just wanted a refund because we didn’t trust if any of the others had been compromised. We went all the way back to the store the next day and got a refund. We won’t be returning!

I've been coming here for 5+ years. Order the same thing everyday. 99% of the time it tastes awful and I wonder why I keep coming. It's within walking distance, it's just so easy. Unfortunately even after speaking with upper management, store management, and each employee they simply cannot figure out how to make modifications to their drinks.Ask for extra ice, they'll give you regular, sometimes almost no ice. 1% of the time will you get extra ice.Ask for extra caramel, they'll ignore it. Ask them to remake it, they'll make it the same damn way. 1% of the time they'll give you a lot of caramel.One time they seemingly ran out of caramel and their best solution was using pumpkin flavoring from fall. Didn't tell me, I just took a swig and got a mouthful of bitter pumpkin. Not even joking.You have better odds winning the lotto than coming here and getting good service. 5 years spending $10 a day and nobody knows our names, drink order or greets us. At least Starbucks doesn't have a problem giving you what you pay for. This place will charge you extra for something and then gaslight you into thinking they remade the drink differently.Not to mention they're constantly running out of straws, drink toppers and caramel... AND the place smells of rotten milk and is rarely clean.It must be said that there are two lovely ladies who make our drinks correct every time - unfortunately they are not there everytime. There have been employees in the past who also did a great job but the majority + managers seem to not pay attention to modifications or simply do not care.TL;DR this location used to be awesome but now there's only like two employees who care so 90% of the time you don't get what you pay for even if you ask for it to be remade nicely

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Elise at 85°C. I placed a phone order, which was probably super annoying and came right in the middle of a busy time, but she was so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful the entire way through. She even offered to set items aside so my husband could pick them up, even though she didn’t have to. It’s that kind of above and beyond service that truly stands out. People like Elise are the reason I keep coming back. Love the food, and even more, love the amazing team behind it! Thank you Elise!
