This focus on making delicious, high-quality baking accessible has cemented Artemio's status as a beloved neighborhood fixture that attracts customers from all over Chicago and surrounding areas in Illinois. While a small number of customers have noted occasional inconsistency in non-traditional items or service during peak hours, the general consensus celebrates the bakery’s fresh, traditional, and incredibly priced Mexican specialties.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Such a great mom and pop Mexican bakery. I loved that it is tucked away in the neighborhood. The price is super affordable. Thr pastries are fresh!!! My pastry was super moist and delicious. I love that nothing is overly sweet here. :)Definitely check it out if you are in the area!
October 07 · Lily KFirst time customer and got a chocolate muffin. Chocolate Muffin 🧁 was bleh. I really wish I could make that muffin come back up. (Maybe some items would be ok?) There was no service, in the customer service. As a matter of fact it was like I was just a bothersome customer. Wouldn't recommend, and I will not patronize the establishment again. After reading some other person's review (perhaps?) I was overcharged? I paid $3.5 for a chocolate muffin with some type of chocolate icing. The only thing I see on the menu that is $3.5 is the cookie box. According to Google the menu photo was 9 months old.
July 25 · Charles WilliamsBest Bakery in the city as far as I'm concerned. Inexpensive, delicious, and a great selection. I have to limit myself when I go in or I'll buy the whole dam store! Love, love love this place! ❤️
January 29 · Mr. ShowtimeHuge selection of cookies and baked goods. Extremely clean on the inside and great prices. The coconut macaroons were by far my favorite and rank among some of the best I’ve ever had. They were extremely moist with great flavor.
January 23 · Pfeifer HillI have been eyeing this place for a long time and finally gave it a try, this place is incredible! If you are in the area and are looking for any delicious baked goods you need to stop here
