Auntie Anne's Introduce
**Auntie Anne's** at the **Lambert International Airport** provides a widely recognized and easily accessible source for baked goods for both travelers and employees in the St. Louis, Missouri area. Operating primarily as a dedicated **Bakery**, this location is strategically placed to offer quick and comforting snacks or meals, fitting its intended profile as a perfect spot for a **Quick visit**. The business provides a range of modern conveniences, including multiple pickup options and various payment methods, designed to streamline the customer experience in a high-traffic environment.
However, prospective patrons should be aware of factual customer feedback regarding the operation. Reviews indicate that the ideal "Quick visit" intention is not always met, with patrons reporting waiting up to an **hour** for items due to preparation delays ("dough needed to rise") and staff moving at a **"glacial pace."** Furthermore, some product quality concerns were raised, including pretzels that came **burned**. Despite these acknowledged service challenges, the core product (pretzels) was noted to have **"tasted fine,"** suggesting a dichotomy between production quality and service execution. For the Missouri community, understanding these reported experiences is key to planning a visit to this high-traffic location.
The factual address for this specialized bakery is **10701 Lambert Int'l Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63145, USA**. This precise address confirms the location within the St. Louis Lambert International Airport complex, positioning it as an indispensable resource for airport traffic, including millions of travelers, airport employees, and St. Louis County residents utilizing airport services. Its location dictates a constant demand for quick and convenient food service.
Accessibility is a paramount feature of this location, adhering to the high standards required for public access at a major Missouri transportation hub. The facility is fully equipped to accommodate all visitors:

This essential feature ensures ease of arrival and departure for all patrons.
The commitment to physical accessibility is robust, providing a foundation of convenience that is necessary for a business operating in this highly demanding, high-volume location.
Auntie Anne's at Lambert International is set up with a diverse range of service options, demonstrating a commitment to multi-channel customer reach—a model often essential for high-traffic and specialty locations.
- In-store Shopping and Dine-in: Customers can utilize **in-store shopping** to select items directly from the counter. Although seating may be limited or integrated with the airport, the option for **dine-in** suggests the ability to consume items immediately on the premises.
- Takeout: The fundamental service for a quick-service bakery, **Takeout** allows customers to receive their order packaged for immediate consumption or travel, which is vital for patrons rushing to make connecting flights or leaving the airport.
- Curbside Pickup: The availability of **Curbside pickup** is a major convenience, especially for customers who are waiting for passengers or who wish to purchase items without entering the terminal complex. This streamlines the purchase process for locals.
- In-store Pickup: Customers can place orders ahead of time and collect them upon arrival. **In-store pickup** is designed to minimize wait times, although customer reports indicate that execution of this speed can be inconsistent due to production delays.
- Delivery: Offering **Delivery** means that the bakery's products can be accessed by employees within the airport complex or potentially nearby businesses, extending the reach of the service beyond walk-up traffic.
Furthermore, the location accepts **Credit cards**, **Debit cards**, and **NFC mobile payments**, ensuring a modern, versatile, and speedy transaction process for all five service models.
The core features of Auntie Anne's at the St. Louis Airport are defined by its intended convenience and modern operational setup, contrasted with factual customer experiences.
- High-Value Location and Convenience Potential: The bakery's placement within **Lambert International Airport** is a highlight itself, providing access to a unique customer base. The business is strategically configured for a **Quick visit**, which is essential for its setting.
- Comprehensive Accessibility: The provision of both a **Wheelchair accessible entrance** and **Wheelchair accessible parking lot** makes the bakery fully inclusive and easily accessible to all Missouri residents and travelers passing through the terminal.
- Modern Payment Flexibility: Accepting **Credit cards, Debit cards,** and **NFC mobile payments** ensures that customers, whether domestic or international, can complete transactions quickly and securely using their preferred modern payment method.
- Verifiable Product Quality: Despite the service issues, one review confirmed that the pretzels **"tasted fine,"** suggesting that the underlying product quality is satisfactory when prepared correctly. The product is a fundamental highlight of this specialized bakery.
- **Factual Operational Challenges:** A significant feature, which customers must be aware of, is the reported inconsistency in service. Patrons have explicitly noted extreme wait times (up to an hour), a **"glacial pace"** of staff, and issues with product consistency (burnt items). The business model intends to be fast and efficient, but reports indicate operational execution can be highly variable.
These factors define the dual nature of the Auntie Anne's airport experience: a highly convenient setup with service execution challenges.

The full **Wheelchair accessible** nature of the location, both the entrance and parking, is a necessary and highly valuable feature for a major public space.
The selection of modern payment options (**NFC mobile payments, Credit cards, Debit cards**) further contributes to the ideal of a seamless transaction. However, Missouri patrons must approach the choice with an understanding of the reported service challenges. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Not trying to be difficult but we waited an hour for pretzels as we were told the dough needed to rise. The pretzel came burned. When I asked for a different one, they advised they couldn’t control the oven and they all looked the same. Visited on 05/21 at 8:40pm
May 21 · chaunte johnsonWish I’d read the reviews. I would have never given them my business. Saying the staff moved at a glacial pace would be high praise. Pretzels tasted fine, but seriously. Rachelle can’t count higher than 1 pretzel at a time (as in I ordered 2, turned to talk with my kid for a sec, and I had to go back later because she’d only given me one)I’d never seen people so annoyed with doing what they were being paid to do before
July 20 · Franklin HaynieThe absolute worst. Been here 4 times and all 4 times they have been out of literally everything and everyone has an awful attitude. It's almost mind blowing how bad they are. I just checked their reviews here on Google and can see it's a consistent issue. The girl yesterday took a long time on purpose and ignored everyone. Even said "I'm about to just clock out and go" to her coworker and she was cursing. Told us it would be 25 minutes for pretzels while her coworker behind her held up 10 fingers saying it would only be 10 minutes. What is wrong with these people? How do you mess up pretzels?
March 15 · GPC IIIIn the immortal words of moms everywhere, you get what you get and you don't get upset. This location serves the auntie annes you know, albeit with a quicker pace and longer lines. I would recommend reviewing the case and selecting an pretzel which is ready to go. Our pretzel bites were cooked appropriately, but your mileage may vary here.
August 05 · Mike KWent today to order a pretzel. I was the 6th person in line an the girl with dark hair behind the counter ignored all of us for about 10 minutes. When she started waiting on people her rudeness was off the chart. We were a bother to her. The guy in front of me ordered the pretzel nuggets she said they weren't ready for about 5 minutes an he told her that was OK. Then he mentioned that it looked like they were ready as another worker was cutting them up. She very rudely said to him and I quote I'm not selling you them until I get them all packaged and in the case. He didn't know what to say. I ordered a pretzel and she ridley told me my total an when I was praying yelled over me for the next customer an slammed my pretzel on the counter. Also the whole time we were in line other girls not working kept walking behind the counter. No hair nets no gloves on any hands. It was disgusting
