The girl that was there doesn't seem like she wants to be there nor wants to help clients. This is such a good location but with employees like that your losing business. I wanted a. Regular pretzel that day and I asked if she had mustard dip sauce. She immediately said no. I said do you have any dip sauce... no right away. I ended up leaving. This is not the first time I have left without buying. It's every time!!. Sometimes no pretzels made, sometimes she says they are baking no they are not, bc I've waited. It is every time. Shut the place down or get better employees! This place used to be nice and friendly! I take my money next door to Starbucks or Jamba juice

The young girl working today around 6pm is very rude. I asked how long before any sugar pretzels are ready? Her response was I'm not making any because I don't want to. I just walked off. If I could give this specific location negative stars I would. This isn't the first time I've experienced bad customer service here.
