I ordered the pretzel bites with sour cream on Tuesday through the app. Got there and was told they wouldn’t have it until tomorrow so I settled for the pepperoni pretzel bites instead. So today I ordered the pretzel bites with sour cream today. Get there and was told they didn’t have it so they gave me a regular pretzel instead. I paid $7.19 before tax for the bites and was given a $4.99 pretzel instead. I didn’t get my monies worth. Won’t be back to this location.

The people that work here are a joke, asked to just try the lemonade and they roll their eyes at me and tell me no and then when I comment on their attitude they tell me that they weren’t even looking at me and then I ask for the managers info because at this point I’m in awe at how they are acting towards a customer and then while I’m walking away with my daughter they yell “ oh no I’m so scared” after refusing to give me their name. What is happening to the customer service industry?? I will NEVER be going back to this place. Please do better and focus on hiring better people for your company. You lost a customer today.

On Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 1:30 pm I came the Aunties Anne’s store on the Upper level at Triangle Mall and was greeted with the most disrespectful employee I’ve ever seen . I simply asked could she make an order of cinnamon sugar nuggets and she quickly and abruptly said “NO” because the ones in the warmer were made 10-15 minutes ago. I have an allergy so I asked nicely again and she said that “our store doesn’t do anything made to order which is puzzling because I worked at many Auntie Anne’s stores (Triangle and Crabtree ) in the past and this was never an issue especially knowing what the corporate policy is.She did not have a name tag/Apron/ headwear/ or gloves and would not give me her name so I will be reporting this to corporate!I was told the store owner’s name Chris.

The Customer Service there is Terrible……Although it was only $4 and some change I wish I had not spent that with them. The young lady on duty today was such a sorry excuse for an employee. I don’t normally say this BUT I HOPE THIS LOCATION CLOSES DOWN ******.Save your money it’s not worth it they gave me an old pretzel 🥨 not fresh at all !!!!!

Staff here is rude, they are always doing unsanitary things; sitting on counters using there phones or touching hair money. The so call manager with last name Tapia always has something to say, if you complain about the quality of the food. They always say they are close when is 15-20 mins before closing.
