Having been to tons of bakeries, coffee shops serving pastries, patisseries, etc where I travel to, this place peaked my interest; especially when it was featured on InstagramThe whiff of fresh baked goods greets you. The place is bright, modern, clean with lots of seating. Cute touch is an “Oven On” sign . I guess they specialize in babka so they served strawberry babka and raspberry babka. My daughter and I shared the latter. The texture was good, not dry but there was an aftertaste that I wasn’t sure what it was, whether from the dough itself or the glaze.There were other pastries but not so much variety. My daughter ordered the spinach and feta pastry. She said it was good.I like their beverages better. Their cold dirty chai with whole milk and extra shot of espresso was good!Service was a 5.

Bakey is a fun unique spot in Kendal Square. The babka are $6.50 per a slice. The price point is a splurge treat! I got chocolate babka. It was soft, rich, and delicious!

Fun new spot in Cambridge. Delicious babkas, bright airy seating, and friendly service. We tried the Boston Cream Babka and it was heavenly. We first try the sandwiches but they looked super fresh - had we been ready for lunch, we would have tried one of those too. Next time!!

Excellent pastries! We tried several different babkas and the chocolate banana and pecan babka was our favorite. Great service and excellent coffee! Highly recommend.

Small cafe with big treats. From traditional to inspired, flakey to gooey, there are many options for babkas. Other bakery items include savory options. Coffee and barista drinks also available. Friendly staff and great smells!
