Grabbed a deal on a no waste app and the donuts were still awesome!Parking made it not worthwhile because we paid $20 to park to run in for 15 minutes- no signs in the parking garage that showed how to get validation and the parking attendant threatened to call security, not worth going to north market at all.

I ordered too good to go donuts. Bit into one and it cut my gums. Looked and it was a staple in the donut. Called and no answer. Called their other store and spoke to manager about it. He wasn't concerned about me as much as he was calling the other store about it. Didn't ask was I ok or anything. In a hurry to get off the phone. No apology, compensation or anything. Not even a follow up call. Lucky I didn't call my lawyer and get sue happy.

This was my first time trying out Buckeye donuts and I was not impressed. The donuts were hard and got them 2pm on a Friday. When I arrived the cashier had her head down looking at her phone. I had to clear my throat for her to acknowledge me. All the donuts were covered with paper. So I had to read the flavors and pick, instead of being able to see the actual donuts and chose. I don't recommend them. Maybe the one on High street is better. But the North Market location needs to step their quality up..

This place is awesome!!!! Literally you can see when they are making the donuts. Fresh and ver delicious

Ordered a Too Good Too Go order and drove 30 minutes with my kids who was excited to get them and went to pick it up and was told there weren’t anymore. Got back on the app not even two hours later and there were 5+ posted for pickup the next day! This makes zero sense and such a waste of gas and time when we could have been given donuts that we already paid for and ordered! Very poor customer service.
