★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The bakery looks so super cute and fancy. Love it. I ordered the chocolate explosion cups, I wasn't shown what they would look like but was told "they're a good size." For $4 a pop, I expected more. I ordered 20 for my daughters graduation party. The cake tastes freezer burnt and old and as you can see they're not full. You can see space all around . I was so disappointed. The lemon raspberry cake I also ordered was decent and saved the day. I won't go back.
May 19 · tricia cusackSuch a cute and eclectic bakery and restaurant. The woman that work there were so sweet and accommodating. They were eating some breakfast tacos when we came in because they didn't have any customers. We ordered the cake we wanted and asked if they served food. They said yes and I ordered a panini off the menu and my husband asked if he could get the breakfast tacos they were eating. They said they weren't on the menu but she said I would be happy to make you some. The service is awesome and the owner showed us around because we commented on how adorable it was decorated in there. Such a wonderful experience. We will for sure go back.
November 20 · Wendi TaylorFirst time ordering from this place, Nikki who took my order was very nice when I called to inquire if the Ribbon cake was available for purchase. She commented YES and that she was making a new batch of the cake and that I could come pick it up so I was expecting a delicious fresh cake. I was very disappointed that the quality is not the same as when I ordered from the original raspberry and cream store. The Ribbon cake is my one of favorite and the cake normally has lot more strawberries that ran through the center ribbon or custard part of the cake. The cake I received barely had any strawberries and they were frozen too. The texture of cake was dry and not moist at all. I’m sad to say that I won’t be getting the Ribbon cake from this place anymore.
November 30 · Stephanie TranFirst off, I want to say that my initial experience was great. I reached out to Nikki to do the desserts and cake for my wedding and she was really nice and accommodating of my budget and needs. We paid to have her deliver the cake to my outdoor reception and set up the dessert bar about an hour prior to start. I had let her know that there was a refrigerator on site, assuming that’s where the cake would go until right before cutting it. It was 90 degrees outside and had been set directly in the sun on the table designated for the cake. It had been sitting there for about 30 min before my sister saw it and ran it inside but it was too late. To my surprise when it came time to cut the cake, it had melted and was a complete mess. I was also surprised to find that it wasn’t a traditional wedding cake flavor and was buttercream icing which was even worse in the heat. Nikki told me that my family who was helping set up the event should’ve known to get the cake in the refrigerator and that it was not her job. I was under the impression that it was her job since we paid a fee for it to be delivered. She also told me that it was my fault that I chose to have an outdoor reception, which might have been valid had there not been a giant walk-in fridge just a few feet away. I am pretty disappointed as this is my one and only wedding cake and was really looking forward to it. She did offer to make me a new cake but there isn’t much I can do with another wedding cake. She would not offer any sort of partial refund.Overall, her desserts taste good, people really raved about them. I would just encourage very detailed instructions and communication to any future customers.
May 28 · Mady Womacki got a bento cake for my girlfriends 21st birthday and i gave them a pretty simple reference photo and it came looking like a 3rd grader did it. and when we tore it open to see the inside it was mostly icing. all the other cakes looked great except mine. like they didn’t care at all and made me pay $70 for a 2 person awful looking cake.
