★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I just went into this place, which i normally come here for all my cake decorating needs. However, the customer service is trash. There is a sign on the counter about placing baskets on top, unfortunately i did not see the sign because i had so much in my hands. The girl checking me out snatched the basket off the counter, the entire time checking me out she was huffing and puffing. Like boo if you don’t like your job, QUIT. Simple. I simply thanked her & she rudely walked off to get back on her cellphone. Train your people better so your customers can have a better experience coming into the store.
September 18 · Kaitlin PeltierI love the materials they carry but customer service is nonexistent. I asked about cake and cookie decorating classes. I was directed to a piece of paper towards the front of the store, nothing else. Because of customer service, I thought, "Would I receive the correct training with a professional instructor?" The layout of the store is organized. I wish the customer service was better and the person I encountered was more knowledgeable. After looking over reviews the Richardson location is the one to go to.
October 07 · NaniI shopped here two weeks ago and was looking for cake flavoring and noticed they had expired food flavors on the shelf that expired May 2025 as the current month was August 2025. They lady that works there said the owner knows and he can still sale it. Also they take the price stickers and place it over the expired products purposely hoping you don't notice. Buyer be ware. Nice people shady business.
August 14 · ChristinaHad a great time at the cookie decorating class! The teacher was very knowledgeable and helpful. Her modeling really helped. I think I did pretty good for my first attempt at decorating sugar cookies!!
October 18 · Briana BiancoAs an amateur baker who only makes cakes for my grans bdays. They are always so helpful and patient with my questions. You can shop in peace, and the selection is great. They make sure what I select makes sense for my visions lol. The girls here really make the experience wonderful.
