Growing up, I watched Cake Boss and I always wanted to try Carlo’s Bakery! I missed coming my first time to NY/NJ, so I knew this time I had to come in and try Carlo’s Bakery! I had a great experience and the quality of the pastries was superior…very fresh! No line, no wait. Staff were friendly! First time trying a lobster tail, and I think that’s my new favorite dessert! Thanks for fulfilling a piece of my childhood!!

This is the second time I have ordered the lobster tails. The first time they came all broken. We ate them anyway, they were delicious. This is the second time, they came all broken, hardly any cream inside😖 the boxes were smashed by the ice, I'm not happy. I will not be ordering again. Such a disappointment. I got them for a celebration my 50th wedding anniversary. As usual, I get the shaft. Ugh here is one picture. Trust me on the rest.......they all looked the same.$70 bucks, I should have bought a good bottle of champagne .

First time back since 2011...if your in town you must go to Carlo's Bakery, he's the cake boss for a reason! Last time we came there was a line out the door but this time on Saturday at 10am ish, no line, no wait. If your ever in the vicinity don't pass it up...worth a little extra driving, wait in traffic, driving in circles to find a parking spot, whatever, just come here ...Cannoli's are my ultimate favorite especially as an Italian you know what one really taste like and this is the real deal! Of course, you want to buy everything and anything because it all is delicious! Now I see they also have coffee drinks and breakfast sandwiches and some type of pizza like thing I seen on the counter. It's a good thing this place is not where I live or else I would be there daily! Love, love, love this place!!

After watching cake boss for 15 or i don’t know how many years my daughter who almost became a baker because of that show we made it. Store still look same as it did on the show just a bit run down. Now lobster tale, chocolate cake and tiramisu were out of this world. Rest it was ok.

Absolutely perfect! My 11 year daughter loves watching the show so for her birthday we wanted to surprise her with a cake made by "The Cake Boss". Ordering online was easy. It arrived on time perfectly. The packaging to protect the cake was amazing. I was a little worried about having it shipped to us in Missouri but it was super secure and still frozen when she opened it. It was beautiful and exactly what she wanted! Thank you all for helping us give her a great day!
