ROACH ALERT! Do not eat here if you value your health. Used to LOVE cinnabon until i found some extra protein in my order. After going through a tremendous ordeal for a refund which still hasn’t been provided, i was ghosted by customer service. Odds that this was an isolated incident is zero.

Amazing Cinnamon rolls every time!! The customer service is also VERY good! I was pleasantly surprised. They are not a reflection of what goes on beyond its doors.Well all know 3rd ave is very ratchet and drug infested but this place is a start to something better. I really hope they can upkeep their standards without getting influenced by the outside! You guys are doing great!
