What is Worth Choosing
For Arizona locals, Cinnaholic offers a truly unique proposition that is worth seeking out. The main reason to choose Cinnaholic over competitors is its unwavering dedication to being a 100% plant-based bakery without sacrificing flavor, texture, or indulgence. In a region where quality vegan and allergen-friendly dessert options can sometimes be scarce, Cinnaholic fills a crucial niche. Its commitment means that everyone—from dedicated vegans and those with severe dairy or egg allergies to individuals simply looking to try a plant-based treat—can enjoy a truly gourmet dessert with absolute confidence and peace of mind. The ability to customize a cinnamon roll with dozens of frosting and topping combinations is a highly valuable feature, transforming the simple act of ordering a dessert into a fun, personal experience. You are not limited to one or two flavors; you are the architect of your own creation, which makes every visit potentially a new culinary adventure.
The menu extends beyond the signature rolls to include decadent brownies, cookies, and edible cookie dough, expanding the appeal for any Arizona resident with a sweet tooth. Whether you’re craving the rich 'Cookie Monster Roll' or a seasonal specialty, the breadth of offerings ensures there is something for every occasion. Furthermore, the availability of convenient services such as easy takeout, delivery, and a quick visit amenity makes this Mesa spot highly practical for today's busy lifestyles. However, a discerning local user should also keep in mind the feedback from some customers who have noted inconsistencies with the freshness of the rolls, occasionally finding them dry. While the vast majority of the time, the quality is highly praised, this is a factor to consider, perhaps making a visit during peak baking times advisable to ensure the warmest, softest possible experience. Despite minor, occasional variances in roll texture, the core value proposition of an entirely safe, delicious, and highly customizable vegan dessert experience remains the compelling reason for Cinnaholic Mesa to be a top choice for specialty sweets in Arizona.
For families, the quick visit amenities and free parking make it an easy, stress-free stop. For health-conscious or ethically-minded Arizona consumers, the transparently vegan and allergen-friendly nature of the business is the ultimate deciding factor. It's a place where a craving for a massive, gooey cinnamon roll is met with a unique and satisfying solution, solidifying Cinnaholic's status as a key destination in the East Valley's dessert scene.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1How I so desperately wanted this place to be consistently good and worth it. I waited until we had 4 visits to write a review.Unfortunately, these cinnamon rolls have only been consistently dry (like day old biscuits left on the counter dry) and the icing could have helped to add some life to the roll but it was used so sparingly. Our first visit we may have had the rolls fresh because it was a great experience, but the following three visits only proved that we will not be returning ever again. If the ownership could find a way in their SOP to have fresh and edible cinnamon rolls this place would be a game changer and stand out from it’s competitors, until then you are better off going to Cinnabon or grabbing a pack of cinnamon rolls at your grocery store.
July 02 · CrystalI really wanted this place to be good because I love cinnamon rolls. I got the basic “old skool roll” and it was a river of icing. Truly overkill icing. At this point I still had hope- maybe they just like to add a ton of icing? Then I tasted it…it had SO much butter that it tasted like they added butter flavoring. I love butter and I couldn’t eat it because it made me want to gag the butter was so much. My husband wouldn’t even take a bite when he saw how much butter there was.
August 16 · Jessi WalkerGrateful to have found a vegan dessert. We have several food allergies in our family and going out for a treat always proved difficult to accommodate. Cinnaholic hits the spot and you cannot even tell that there is no dairy. A couple of my kids did not believe that the food was dairy free because it tastes so good.
July 09 · Coke Anjie FedorCinnaholic was my husband’s and I favorite go to dessert and would never disappoint. After today I will no longer be a customer. I got 2 cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting, almonds, graham cookies, strawberries and raspberries. After basically finishing my roll I noticed the raspberries had mold. I really hate I caught this right before I had a few bites left and not since the beginning. I am very disappointed with the lack of quality and control on the toppings offered. I really hope my husband and I don’t get sick from this.
June 08 · Sarah RamirezSo far so goodJust a perfection of cinnamon rolls with combination of frosting and toppingsYou will get addicted 👍👍👍
