★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1So thrilled Coyle's is just a 5 minute walk from my home. I absolutely adore their bakery here. My favorite by far is the Cardamom. It has a subtle flavor, making it the perfect bite to wake me up in the morning! 💗
June 04 · NatureI waved to try this new place and it was really good. We got a sample of just about everythingand i think my favorites were the crossiant pretzel, chocolate crossiant, and the ham & cheese crossiant.I also tried the brown sugar cardamom latte and the black tea blueberry latte.Everything was wonderful and the place was really nice. I will most definitely be going back.
July 14 · Debra Doserbest bakery in seattle hands down!! such a hidden gem! canele, sandwich, and quiche were out of this world!! so good!
June 29 · Yurong ShaoExcellent carrot cake; the scone is really good too; but one of the chocolate croissants we got was under proofed - disappointing!Overall happy with the quality (except the croissants) and I will return for carrot cake (not for croissants).
February 06 · James WestI really wanted to like them.Stopped by a morning to get some goodies and do some research for a future venture. I settled on a chocolate croissant, a rosemary cretzel (croissant/pretzel hybrid), a flour-less brownie and their seasonal fruit croissant. They were all stuffed in a small container that opened the minute I turned around.Unfortunately, only two of the above managed to tickle my fancy. The chocolate croissant was not as flaky as expected, doughier and the brownie was so salty I could only eat two bites at a time. The cretzel's rosemary taste was barely there but it was pleasant to eat. The seasonal fruit croissant saved the day a bit as it was the tastiest of all four. The size of the items is also remarkably smaller than other shops in the immediate area. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, there is inside and outside seating. Frozen items are also available for you to bake at home.Another visit is warranted to compare but I will not be rushing back, unfortunately.
