★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My daughter and I stopped in for the first time on a Friday night. Kudos to the awesome staff. They were super helpful in navigating our choices. Although the cookies have a lot going on, they are really good. We will be back.
June 13 · Renee GadsonDirty Dough cookies are absolutely incredible! The flavors are rich and decadent, and warming them up takes them to the next level. Every bite is gooey, soft, and packed with deliciousness. My kids are completely obsessed, and honestly, so am I! If you’re a cookie lover, you need to try these. Highly recommend!
March 08 · Cocktail MamaI'm obsessed the cookies are so delicious and the presentation is amazing. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is always fresh and clean. You can tell the staff are passionate about what they do.
April 17 · Janine GordonI was trying to be polite and understanding, but two days ago I went to this location. I was excited to try the cookies because they looked appealing on the attraction sign outside the location. I went with my wife and we decided to try two cookies. They were awful. Drenched with butter at the bottom of the cookies. Oily texture. Lacked taste. Felt disgusting. Despite that, I went in polite and asked for a refund of the $10. The lady and the coworker at the register said they couldn’t provide a refund without the managers code. Red flag. They called him. He didn’t pick up. They wrote down the transaction number and said I’d be refunded. I wasn’t. I went in the next day to confirm. I was told the owner was aware and would do it the following day. Which would now be the third day. First of all, it shouldn’t be that hard to process a return. Furthermore, it really shows me the lack of care you have to not have, to not walk them through the process and provide a return to a customer. Making them wait is wildly inappropriate and only slightly less disgusting than the product you provide. This was trash at best. And seeing as I’ll never get my refund from this place, the fact that I never see people go in there at all (second red flag) lets me know you probably need that $10 more than I do. Because God knows that business will be closing very soon.
July 22 · jordan diazThe cookies are great, but we drove 45 minutes just to come to find out they are closed?? We got there at 7:30 pm, and the hours say they are open until 10 pm. very unhappy with this.
