My daughters and I have learned so much and feeling more confident after each additional class, Kylee the instructor has so much patience and always willing to answer any questions, she lets the kids participate with the kids classes, they love it.

I loved the small class size and that we went home with everything we needed to make more sourdough at home. Kylee and her husband are such wonderful and passionate teachers! They made us feel so welcome and answered all of our many questions. I would recommend their classes to anyone! We even purchased gift cards at the end for a discounted price on our next class. My daughter is soooo excited to try out one of their kids classes next. 10 out of 10 experience! Thank you both so much for a wonderful educational and fun experience and for teaching us a skill we can carry with us the rest of our lives!

I left with bread to bake and a notebook full of information.I am 99% sure we were seated next to the bad review as the entire class...everyone was taking notes, photos and having a good time. But this one person kept saying that's not how I do it...mine is better etc etc. When she was complaining the owners were overly nice to her and yet she was not. So look at the 5 star reviews and know that the bad review is in fact a jealous lady who was trying to start her own micro bakery and classes as she told all of us at the table.I look forward to taking an advanced class;-)
