I found hair in my bagel. I ordered a pizza bagel and a country gravy and bacon bagel. The pizza bagel was bland and the cheese was not melted. I took one bite of the country bagel before noticing a hair sticking out of the bagel right next to where I had taken my bite. Cleanliness must not be in the employee handbook.

Maddy greeted us with a friendly smile. She is very enthusiastic about her job, which makes for great customer service. She took our order and insured accuracy by repeating it to us. We had a great experience at this location, thanks to her.

Whoever the guy that closed today was, he was amazing! He was all by himself today.He took the 2 seconds to ask what bagel I wanted and how I wanted the eggs, rather than other times where they skip that part and tell me the total of the purchase before I can even try to ask for a different bagel etc. He showed he cared for the customers preferences and over all time, recommending water before we walked out the door because it was hot outside (as usual in AZ) We watched him keep the same energy with other customers as well as we ate our food and drinks.These are the types of employees you need, ones that make the customers feel like it’s ok to add things, then the purchase will be more money for the company!! Give him a raise!!

This is the absolute worst Einstein's location I have been to and the absolute worst experience. I dread going here every time but it's the closest location to me. I did a mobile order at 7:45 am and got there at 8. I kid you not, didn't leave until 8:48 am, due to order not ever being ready and their registers apparently "being down". I had 15 people after me get their orders and leave until I had to come and ask them for 2 simple bagels and remind them of my order after they wrote it down and sent in. Mind you I was one of 5 people in there prior to the rush. This place is an absolute joke. NEVER EVER GO HERE PLEASE.

Walked in at 1:45pm on Friday, instead of being greeted I had this lady behind the counter saying “we’re closing in 10 minutes what you see on display is what we get”.I ordered a Turkey bagel toasted and she didn’t bother toasting it! I only noticed when I walked out and got to my car.I understand how someone can feel about serving customers 10 minutes before close but this doesn’t mean you don’t greet them and rush them and ignore a simple request like toasting a bagel.I found a better bagel place down the street with much better service and quality foods: New York Bagels and Baileys.
