I have visited this Einsteins a few times and have been very happy with the food and service. Today I ordered for pick up and one of my items was out of stock. Jasmine and Dar took care of it in the friendliest and most accommodating way possible. A family member placed this order for pickup and I did not have a card for them to refund to and offered an efficient resolution and response in a very kind way. Thanks to Jasmine and Dar for the great service, great energy excellent customer service and diligence in ensuring we had a great experience. Thank you Jasmine and Dar for making our day a little brighter :) We will definitely be back!!!

I stopped by Einstein Bagels before work conveniently in the same plaza and it was such a smooth experience. I ordered online, and my food was ready about 15 minutes later when I arrived—no waiting around. Despite it being 6 AM, the team was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating.
