I’m a regular customer at this location, the staff knows me by name and know exactly how I like my coffee. After years of coming i encountered my first issue and it was handled very well! I appreciate it and will continue to enjoy my bagels at this location. Just a few old pictures

the GenZ stare is real. Last time we went in, we stood at the register as multiple young women behind the counter acted like we don't exist. Im not saying they need to greet us, but clearly we are ready to order. We order, and have to ask to be given the cup for a fountain drink. We got a shmear and a sandwich and I got a latte. Went to sit down and realized a lot of people had been waiting for drinks. We waited for close to 30 mins. I watched in amazement as the young lady making drinks moved at a glacial pace, slowly labeling drink cups with marker and tape, slowwwwly making even the simplest of drinks. I was confused, at first I thought she was waiting for something, but as I watched her for nearly 30 mins waiting for my latte, she just... barely did anything. The cashier at one point came over and asked me what i ordered, and i said a latte. It was only then that I finally see her grab a hot drink cup, and I think ok finally my drink. Then I see her pump some syrup into so my excitement fades; i ordered just a "latte" so that must be for someone else. She calls my name. She goes to hand me the drink and I asked, what is this? and she replied. "a latte". I told her i saw her putting syrup in it. she goes " oh yeah... I added vanilla". .... ..... ...... why??? because she felt like it??? I told her it was just a plain latte and didnt say anything, just slowly went back to make another.I asked for a refund for the latte, and the cashier had to ask a supervisor how to do a refund-- the super did not apologize, ask about the situation, or even look up at me.Like i know its just a part time job but omg some bare minimum effort and acknowledgement is all I expect.

Bagels aren’t bad...but nothing beats a NY bagel. Their bagels are tasty but not chewy. They have a “cake”-like texture. Very soft...not as chewy as a New England bagel. They’re great if you like softer bread. Place wasn’t busy but not clean. Not one clean table in the whole place. Had to clean off our own table. It would be nicer if the dining area was better taken care of. Staff was relatively friendly. Bathrooms were clean.
