Bagels are great but the customer service is not. The lady-cashier that was there didn’t smile, say good morning, didn’t make eye contact. She had her back turned to the customer and asked the prior customer if she wanted whipped cream on her drink. Hey how about you turn around face the customer and ask? That cashier was rude, you could tell she didn’t want to be there and then you expect us to leave a tip? What a joke.

Stopped by Einstein Bagels with my cousin visiting from India, and he absolutely loved it! He tried the everything bagel with egg and cheese and couldn’t stop raving about it. Freshly made, flavorful, and super satisfying.Great place for a quick, delicious breakfast or brunch. Friendly service and plenty of options to choose from. Definitely a hit
