Very rude behavior of one lady staff member at this store. Made me wait so long to just slice and toast 3 bagel and when they did they Very poorly sliced the bagels. They Just ruined the experience for me .

The girl behind the register has a poor attitude, or was having a bad day. Her customer service was also unprofessional. Today I Ordered (2) simply apple juices and a bagel. When I got back to my car I noticed one of the apple juices expired.When I walked in to exchange it the girl behind the register was packing up the garbage. I said hey sorry this is expired, she said no that’s supposed to be chunky and I said, no it’s expired and when to hand it to her. She said “well throw it out then”. I said “well don’t you want to see it, you can throw it out”. And she said no throw it out, and pointed me across the store. So I proceeded to throw it out in the garbage she was working on. She got all upset and said this garbage is full. Either way this lady should be grateful she has a job she didn’t smile once for any customer. Even with my small order I tipped 2 or 3 dollars and no thank you was given. I observed all of this. And then the final encounter is what got the review. Like I said she should be happy someone employs her. Terrible employee, terrible attitude and customer service. The bagel was good!

Einstein Bros is fire. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. They cook the food fresh and ready to eat and they maintain the restaurant clean. Amazing bagels. Must come back. 10/10.

Love Einsteins, but their coffee machines have been broken for multiple weeks now. It’s been well over two weeks since the last time I came here and they still keep saying that they can’t make anything with espresso in it. This is a breakfast place so it’s a bit frustrating coming here to find out there’s no coffee. Service by the employees has been great regardless.

I love this place! Pizza bagels is my favorite and grilled cheese on cheesy hash brown bagel. The staff is amazing and the general manager so nice. She made my grilled cheese sandwich for me. Thank you so to Cristina who helped made my food.
