Einstein Bros. Bagels staff were friendly professional and readily to take my order. My 2 toasted garlic bagels with chive/veggie spread were delicious. It took less than a 10 minute wait. Bagels were a nice filler for breakfast. This location has always been my favorite. It was a positive experience. Keep smiling. Keep up your great service. Thank you for wearing gloves. 🙂

Since I’ve decided to no longer spend my money at Starbucks I’ve been trying other companies that may potentially serve/sale coffee & seeing that this place is 3 buildings down from Starbucks I decided to do an online order to see how it would be or if the wait would be long & it was an amazing experience. My air bnb was located 4 min from here which made it very convenient but the customer service was amazing as well. I was able to make my own coffee at the coffee station where there is sugar/creme etc. THEY ALSO HAVE A VERY RELAXING AREA FOR YOU TO DO WORK, plug you laptop in and relax. A hidden gem 💎 for sure. I now have a new place to get my coffee with awesome customer service & a short wait even with them having a line 🥰 And might I add that there bagels look delicious in which they make them in front of you. Please Try this place out!!!

I just ordered through DoorDash and I am completely speechless and very much disgusted!I order from Einstein bagels a lot so I ordered through DoorDash my regular and decided to try something new the burrito with a muffin! Well I go to bite into my burrito and long and behold there was HAIR and the hair was so damn long that I went to pull it out, it was so wrapped and caught all up in the burrito that it wouldn’t pull completely out. I shot the burrito in the garbage asap, so I figured okay let me just try my muffin because I don’t even want to chance eating the sandwich, then I take the muffin out the muffin has hair coming across it. I am very much disappointed, disgusted and have completely loss my appetite! So much for having breakfast this morning.Luckily DoorDash refunded me my entire order but Einstein bagel YOU NEED TO DO BETTER if your staff hair isn’t tied up it needs to be after today because that’s sickening.In case you don’t believe me! I uploaded pictures!
