Just went there this morning for breakfast in the drive through, extremely friendly staff. The food came out hot and they were on top of it. No questions on what was my order or anything. They were all a great team and really organized. Highly impressed!

I usually go there between 10 and 11 a.m. But it is always a gamble because more than half the time they are out of the bagels I like. Today I arrived at about 10:30 and yet again, they were out. How is it that a place that is open till 2 consistently runs out of bagels before 11, and probably before 10? I am losing the motivation to be one of their customers. And I have been discouraging others from going there.And most of the staff just are not all that friendly. You kinda get the feeling that you are interrupting their day.

I just want to give a shout out to Gray( hope I'm spelling that right) who went above and beyond to help me get my order in 5 minutes before they closed and with the hassle of being cash only even helped me get the exact amount due. Our Corporate Catering order was exceptionally delicious. At the store they were very friendly and professional to work with. Most importantly our order was correct and the bagels were all soft and very fresh. The whole company is buzzing on how great the morning snack was. Went 2 the Mequon store via DDash yesterday...yum! (My 1st E.B. experience!)Today, find one in my area, order in app 13min into the day. I get my bag and I get cold grey eggs, no good cheese-only the 1 greasy slab that fell off obv not melted, no bacon (I got paper thin floppy chunks when I scraped them all together (ugh- c pic) waste of money and clearly not even close 2 what I enjoyed yesterday. (Yes, I ordered exactly what I had gotten previously) so much 4 trying EB. 🙄
