Einstein Bros. Bagels Introduce
For Texans operating in the incredibly fast-paced environment surrounding the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, having convenient access to familiar food and coffee options is often essential. **Einstein Bros. Bagels**, a nationally recognized brand, provides a predictable menu and service model, functioning locally as a multi-faceted food provider. Located in an area of high transit and business activity, this spot serves as a **Bakery**, a focused **Bagel shop**, a casual **Cafe**, and a dedicated **Coffee shop**. This combination allows them to cater to a diverse clientele, from busy travelers to professionals working in the surrounding International Parkway business complex.
The menu is built around convenience and variety, offering a range of breakfast items from healthy options like the **Garden Avocado** bagel to hearty **Egg Sandwiches** such as **Bacon & Cheddar** and **Turkey-Sausage & Cheddar**. Beyond breakfast, the selection extends to **Hot Lunch** options, including a **Buffalo Chicken & Bacon** bagel, indicating a full-day commitment to service. However, for local Texas users, it is critical to balance the convenience of a familiar brand with factual customer reports. Recent feedback raises serious concerns regarding both the value proposition—specifically reports of skimpy ingredients despite high prices—and the quality of service, including disturbing accounts of operational failures that directly impacted a vulnerable customer. While the establishment offers expected services and amenities, patrons are strongly advised to consider these reports when making their dining choices.

The location of this Einstein Bros. Bagels is a key factor in its operation and clientele. Situated at **2040 International Pkwy A11, Dallas, TX 75261, USA**, the address strongly suggests a presence within or immediately adjacent to the sprawling DFW International Airport grounds or surrounding corporate parks. This location dictates a business model catering to individuals who are often in transit, working in temporary offices, or seeking a quick meal before a flight. The **972 area code** phone number, **(972) 973-7306**, links it locally while confirming its focus on the immediate DFW region.
Given its high-traffic environment, the establishment boasts comprehensive accessibility features, making it a reliable stop for all patrons:
- **Wheelchair accessible entrance:** Ensuring smooth and easy access into the facility.
- **Wheelchair accessible parking lot:** Providing dedicated spaces for convenient parking.
- **Wheelchair accessible seating:** Offering comfort and full integration within the **Dine-in** area, ensuring that every customer can utilize the **Amenities**, including the free **Wi-Fi**, comfortably.
The presence of **Wi-Fi** is a particularly important amenity for its likely customer base, turning the location into a functional place to work or wait, reinforcing its dual identity as a Cafe. The overall planning is geared toward a **Quick visit**, recognizing the time constraints of airport-adjacent clientele.
---
Einstein Bros. Bagels is structured to offer flexible service options that suit the demands of the DFW area, from quick transactions to longer, working visits.

---
While the menu highlights the standard offerings of the brand, the most crucial information for local Texas patrons comes from the customer experience reports, which serve as essential consumer guidance.
- **Extensive Coffee and Beverage Menu:** A strong feature is the comprehensive drink program, extending from the daily brew to signature blends like **Vanilla White Mocha**, **Caribou Coolers**, and various **Smoothies**.
- **All-Day Menu Variety:** The shop offers more than just breakfast, with options categorized as **Hot Lunch** (e.g., **Pepperoni Chicken**), ensuring the menu is relevant throughout the day.
- **Full Accessibility and Amenities:** The provision of **Wheelchair accessible seating** and **Wi-Fi** makes the location an ideal, comfortable stop for working or waiting.
- **CRITICAL CAUTION: Pricing and Value:** Multiple reports, including one customer paying **$56 for four bagel sandwiches**, indicate an extremely high price point. Furthermore, reports allege that the quality of the sandwiches was poor, with **"skimpy" cuts of meat** and **"heavy" condiments**, suggesting that the value proposition may be severely lacking.
- **CRITICAL CAUTION: Ethical Service Failure:** The most severe customer report involves a hungry, exhausted, unaccompanied minor being **charged for an item that was unavailable** and subsequently given a **"day old," "gelatinous and inedible" breakfast sandwich** just before closing. This factual account raises extremely serious concerns regarding the ethical and operational standards of the staff at this specific location, particularly regarding vulnerable customers. This information is paramount for Texas users prioritizing ethical business conduct.

For Texas residents and travelers in the DFW area, choosing this particular Einstein Bros. Bagels location comes down to **location-based convenience** and access to a standardized, nationally recognized menu. Its spot on International Parkway makes it a geographically simple choice for those immediately surrounding the airport or working nearby, offering the familiarity of a large-chain menu, a comprehensive coffee program (including **Nitro Cold Press**), and essential **Wi-Fi** amenities for a comfortable stop. The high level of physical accessibility, including **Wheelchair accessible seating**, is also a clear benefit.
However, it is imperative for local users to prioritize the factual customer reports. The shop's convenience must be carefully weighed against the severe, reported issues concerning the **high pricing and poor value** (skimpy ingredients) and, most critically, the detailed account of a shocking **ethical failure in customer service** toward a young, unaccompanied minor. While the menu offers variety, the reported operational lapses and high costs suggest that patrons should maintain very low expectations regarding value and customer care. When time is the only constraint, the location provides a quick option, but Texans are strongly advised to seek other dining options nearby if quality, fair pricing, and reliable service ethics are a priority.

Einstein Bros. Bagels Reviews

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1What a ripoff. $56 for four bagel sandwiches. We ordered a Tasty Turkey ($12.99), Turkey Sausage & Cheddar ($11.99), BAT (bacon avocado tomato) Breakfast ($11.99), and Turkey Bacon & Avocado ($12.99). Skimpy were the cuts of meat and heavy was the condiments. Would not recommend.
August 27 · M ChuAbsolutely astonished at the nerve of these people. My daughter (12) is traveling as an unaccompanied minor, and was taken to this place for food after not eating for 6 hours due to flight delays. She ordered avocado toast. She was charged, and then told they were out and she was getting something else. They were about to close, so she was given a day old breakfast sandwich that was gelatinous and inedible. This poor little girl who was hungry, exhausted, and alone, was taken advantage of and continued to be hungry. They are extremely lucky I was not there to witness it. Here are the photos of what she was given:
July 22 · Lheffay SingletonThis review is for Einstein’s in Terminal E, near gate 13: staff had a such a great attitude even though it was insanely hot on the line. As a customer, I felt the heat from the line.London Fogs aren’t on the menu but, the barista was knowledgeable to know what it was & how to make it. Took less than 1 min to order & drink came out super quick, too.
August 18 · Stephanie CruzStaff member at the register was unfriendly for starters, but it’s early so we gave her the benefit of the doubt. But then we had to wait 15 minutes for three bagels, along with a plethora of other anxious commuters, unsure if we’d been forgotten or not. After the lengthy wait, we asked about our order, only to discover we’d been forgotten. Horrible service, management, and consideration—considering everyone has a flight to catch! The icing on the subpar cake was that our bagels were cold and poorly cut! Never again.Terminal A Einstein Bros, btw!!
August 25 · Tom CruiseSadly this limited service Einstein can’t (or won’t) even scoop a bagel. Meaning take some of the extra bread out. Every other Einsteins will that I’ve been to. It’s a simple process that makes more room in the bagel for the goodies that go inside. That way you don’t get filled up on just dough. So I ask what’s the scoop and why can’t they just do this? Then they don’t even spread the cream cheese on for you give me a break. I updated this here after eating my bagel. Whatever their idea of toasting was made it nothing but chewy so sadly this is a great disappointment.
