For Florida locals and travelers, choosing
Einstein Bros. Bagels at MCO Terminal C
is a selection based on quality, reliability, and unparalleled convenience in a high-traffic area. The primary reason to stop here is the consistently good quality of the core product: the bagel itself. Customers who have tried the products, even those with limited bagel experience, have reported the bagels as "really good." For a traveler needing a substantial and fresh start to their day, signature items like theFarmhouse Egg Sandwich
are standout choices, offering a hearty, flavorful product that is far superior to standard grab-and-go options. The comprehensive suite of services, including various dining, pickup, and payment options (Credit cards, Debit cards, NFC mobile payments), makes the transaction process smooth. Furthermore, the provision of
Wi-Fi
andRestrooms
elevates the cafe above a simple counter service spot, offering necessary comforts for those spending time in the airport. TheCatering
service is also a key feature for local Orlando businesses looking for a reliable, fresh, and crowd-pleasing option for early morning meetings or office events.A Note on Expectation Management:
It is crucial to note that, as a popular location within one of Florida’s busiest airports, customers should anticipate significant wait times, especially during peak travel hours (even as early as 5 AM). One customer noted that the queue and waiting time could "easily 20-25min," recommending the shop only "if time is not a priority." Additionally, while the coffee is available and a necessary offering, one review suggests it leans more toward an Americano style and might not satisfy aficionados of complex espresso beverages like lattes. Potential customers should weigh the highly regarded product quality against the realistic speed of service and potential for occasional staff confusion or curtness, particularly when ordering customized coffee drinks, as detailed in some isolated, yet very frank, negative reviews. Despite these operational challenges inherent in a high-volume airport environment, the fundamental quality of the bagels and food makes it a worthwhile stop for a substantial breakfast in Terminal C.The ability to get a fresh, made-to-order meal with excellent accessibility features and full-service amenities in a bustling airport environment is what truly sets this Orlando location apart and makes it a choice worth prioritizing.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Let me start by saying this loud and clear: don’t waste your time here.I’ve visited Einstein Bagels many times before, and I’ve always enjoyed their top-notch bagels and coffee. But my experience today at the Terminal C location at MCO was the complete opposite of what I’m used to.Here’s what happened:Long Wait: It was busy, sure, but it took 20 minutes just to get my coffee. That’s excessive, especially in an airport where time is precious.Order Mix-Up: I ordered a caramel vanilla iced latte. Simple, right? But the person at the register kept ringing it up as just a caramel latte. I had to repeat myself four times.Disrespectful Service: When my order was finally ready, the person (who I assume was the manager) called out my number and said “caramel macchiato.” I corrected her and said, “No, caramel vanilla iced latte.” She just repeated “caramel macchiato” again. When I tried to clarify, she cut me off with a snide “yeah, I know what I’m doing” and walked away. Absolutely rude and dismissive. In an airport, especially one as busy as MCO, kindness and efficiency are essential. This location provided neither. It was frustrating, stressful, and not worth the money or the wait.If you find yourself near Terminal C and craving a bagel or coffee, do yourself a favor: keep walking toward security and find a different spot. There’s a place just a short walk away that will treat you right and get your order correct the first time.Einstein Bagels may be great elsewhere, but this particular location is a disaster.
May 27 · Ameer RobinsonWhat a good bagel that was! Tried the Farm o Bagel 🥯 and what a good product it was. Also tried the coffee ☕️ but if you’re really into coffee you might not like it, it is more americano than latte but a dose of coffee nonetheless 😌🙏Bagel really good, although I have to point put that I’m not a regular consumer of bagels 🥯 so my experience is pretty limited.Queue was long, even though it was 5am and waiting time easily 20-25min 👀that day… Would recommend if time is not a priority
December 12 · J LEmployees ignore the one and only customer in line for about 45 seconds. Customer asks: "are you open?". Employee finally answers: "yes, limited menu". They definitely were not looking forward to selling me anything. I walked away without food.
May 23 · VelodGreat service, the staff were very attentive, the food was amazing and the brisket bagel was the best bagel I’ve ever had, great coffee too.
June 20 · Christian GarciaOrdered at the counter and my meal was ready to go in less than 5 minutes. The staff thanked me for my order. That was a first!
