The employees are wonderful! Great customer service and fast service. The food is delicious with healthy options on the menu. I wish they opened earlier on the weekends but otherwise it is an exceptional restaurant. This location is my favorite but the Alpharetta location is a close second. It is 5:45 am right now. I’m praying the snow and ice doesn’t disrupt the 6:00am opening. They open at 5:30 am on weekdays and 6:00 am on weekends.

Award winning food here served fresh daily. Very tasty and provides multiple options.The service here was also excellent. They have many staff members, always happy and well rounded to the company. They have fast service, and really do care about their customers.The atmosphere is one of a kind. Out of all the bagel restaurants I have ever visited, this is the biggest one. Now I don’t feel claustrophobic every time I sit. Because this is as big as 3 normal bagel franchises. While entering the restaurant outside. You get to enter with pebbles! Not like literally holding pebbles. But like the flooring is pebbles.Overall, this is one of the biggest and very bagel places in the state. Come eat here if you’re hungry for breakfast or lunch!

I visited this bagel shop around 7:00 AM because my hotel breakfast was unbearable, and I couldn’t start my vacation with bad food. Feeling a bit hungry, We ordered the Nova Lox and the Chorizo Sunrise Egg Sandwich. The Chorizo sandwich had a bit of a spicy kick, but it was still enjoyable. For two sandwiches and a large coffee, the total came to around $20, which felt reasonable. Service was quick and efficient, and the place was clean and pleasant.

They have a pretty big space inside, with plugs available on some seats. I came a little after noon, seems pretty dead inside since they're closed at 2pm. I recommend Nova Lox, a little pricey but it tastes so good!!! The blueberry bagel is fine. The one handing me my food gave me the brightest smile. Outdoor seat is pretty nice in a good weather, no plugs tho.
