Einstein Bros, for a quick bite to eat to start off the day, is always a good idea. You can never go wrong with any selection of their bagels. They have quite a selection for everyone to enjoy.Every time I go there, I get the avocado bagel and add smoked salmon to that. So delicious! Sometimes, if I feel like a "dessert type" bagel, I would go with the cinnamon apple bagel with honey almond shmear, it's incredibly amazing.At this location, service is quick, people are friendly, and bagels are done well.

I ordered my bagel at 8am this morning and was sent to another cashier to check out. At the second cash register I ordered an ice coffee, I felt so rushed and when I asked for Carmel flavoring the guy rolled his eyes and pumped three pumps into my small cup. He didn’t even ask me what I wanted. I get to work and the coffee taste awful. I wanted to say only one or two pumps of Carmel, but the guy was rushing me and he even charged me for the syrup without telling me ahead of time it would cost more. I’m so mad, I can’t even drink this coffee it’s way too sweet! Ruined my morning being rushed out like that too.

The young lady at the counter seemed extremely impatient and must not like her job. If I were a secret shopper for Customer Service, she would’ve failed the previous customer she greeted, who was very lovely. She greeted me very poorly. She didn’t greet me at all. She seemed disturbed and impatient. I was not greeted properly, and as a. customer, I was treated poorly. I’ve been to many Einstein Brothers shops before, but this one by far is probably the worst when I come back to this location again. No, the one in Hastings Ranch in Pasadena has the best customer service, but this one should take a page from that because this one gets an F for Customer Service. I wouldn’t come back here again.Also when you ask them light cream cheese and you get a ton of cream cheese and you have to scrape half of it off that goes to show that they didn’t listen to you in the first place again poor customer service.

I don't often give 5 star reviews but this place deserve all the stars and maybe even corporate reward. The are fast, clean and friendly. Staff is amazing and bagels are so delicious and taste fresh. I am addicted to lachs bagel! Only Einstein place I go in Long Beach
