This is a great place for bagels. I wish they had more options but understand it’s not possible in this market.The seating is very limited which makes a relaxing Sunday bagel in the morning hard.Other than that it’s great.

This place is severely understaffed. The employees are hard working, as I sat for my order they were friendly but I saw the urgency was a little overwhelming, people can’t help but feel bad. I am really concerned for their well being as they are often under staffed. There should be Atleast 4 people working at all times. As a business owner myself I’d never just have 2 or 3 employees in what seems to be such a high volume shop. Those are horrible working conditions. Your employees are outstanding, please treat them better.

If you like spicy get the chorizo bagel! Absolutely delicious I devoured it. Cashier was nice and friendly, we shared a laugh. I also got a medium coffee, hazelnut is good. First time here 5/5!

I’ve been here several times and they do a great job. This review is more to point out one Specific employee.I had lost my wallet a month ago and went through every single avenue to try and find it, tracing my credit card trail, etc. and never found it. I gave up on it. I came home to a note on my door from Veronica saying that she stopped by to drop my wallet off, which blew my mind. I came by the next day and there it was… With everything in it, including a $100 bill! I was absolutely amazed. Not just that the money was still there but the kindness of this woman to take her personal time and drive all the way over to my house to see if I was there. Humanity still exists!I sure hope management is reading this because you’ve got a star player there and should be very well taken care of! The staff is always great here, but Veronica, really rose to the top!

Me and my boyfriend made a stop before headed home to Bakersfield. We had went to the one at the Austin airport and loved it we had a make a stop here before leaving town! Turkey avocado with bacon and the Texas brisket was AMAZING! Everything was fresh good flavor the store was clean and Ada was sweet. WE NEED ONE IN BAKERSFIELD! but happy to make the drive out to this location☺️
