What I got vs what I expected for avocado toast. Was so disappointed in my Monday morning trip especially when 2 days ago my breakfast sandwich was great! I think the staff need a little more training on how to spread on avocado toast (and cream cheese i see from other reviews). Hardly an avocado and no season. Was so bland. I’ll stick to the classics next time but otherwise the food is delicious and the bagels are so fresh.

I’m so excited to have an Einstein’s here now! Great service, staff was welcoming and always answered my questions. The manager Shawn was amazing. Food came out quick and fresh.

I absolutely love Einstein Bros. But today was my first time coming to this location, since its right by my house. I ordered the bacon and cheddar sandwich but when I got home I opened the sandwich and my eggs were green! I have never had this happened before. Absolutely disgusting. I called and the manager was very sweet about it and im going back up there for a refund. But just make sure yall look at your sandwiches just in case. I normally always have great food from here, so im not sure how this happened or if the cook just didn't care. But this is a major health hazard.

Have visited multiple times since opening and bagels always look like this. If you’re going to charge extra for cream cheese please fill the entire bagel.
