Nick and Alyx were AWESOME!!!! My turkey sandwich was straight perfection. I live in WA State, my Niece lives here. She is the owner of Cotton Aesthetics in Cave Creek. I specifically come to this Einsteins. The atmosphere is so nice and the bagels are the best ever. So fresh so tasty. Exactly what I want to treat myself with every time 😁Thank you.

I stop here some mornings to grab a bakers box for the office. Service is good, friendly, & quick. The location is clean and offers a good variety of cream cheese! I guess not all Einstein's have the same variety. I pass another on my way in & I choose this one specifically for the better experience. 😊

Bagels here are garbage. Super thin and all crust. Waste of money. Go to Albertsons bakery next door.Edit to reply to Einstein’s comment:Your online contract us is out of order and nobody at your store answers the phone. You people are a mess.

I placed an order online and when I walked in the staff does not even speak, I stood there for 15 min and nobody asked if they could help me. I finally went to the counter and asked how much longer for my order and Brittani said oh its right here. So they made my food and never put it out. It's not like they were super busy to say hello and greet somebody...

The food is pretty good, but the service is horrible and the place is dirty. Every table needed wiped. This location is a joke compared to 7th St and Bell. We were in the area so we stopped in, but today was the last time that will happen.
