Recently I visited your store and loved the food. I returned today, my second time and purchase multiple items totally $49.00. I was provided with one order of cream cheese for multiple bagels which was not sufficient . When I requested another order of cream cheese, I was informed there was a cost of almost $2.00, which I paid. Please note that this review it is not about the $2.00 but the customer service aspect of it. In the future the staff should provide sufficient side orders for items purchased.

My parents have been coming here for years to pick up their bagels, But I’ve been guilty of visiting the SB in the shopping plaza.. Today i wanted to see their breakfast options and was I surprised to see so many options, and the service was fast and friendly. I looked at their reviews and felt they earned this 5 Star review.

I wish the owners would pay more attention to their business. The establishment is very dirty. The carpet and tables are always unkept. I’ve also noticed the people who make the bagels are not having hygienic practice when preparing the food like scratching their faces with the gloves they’re using to make the food which is unacceptable and there are flys in the establishment 9/10 times I’ve been there. The quality of the way they’re making the bagels is poor. My bagels usually contain bacon and they don’t cook it fully it’s truly sad cause I love Einstein bagel but they’re in desperate need of better staff and a clean establishment. I think management and the owners need to be attentive to what’s going on

Einstein Bros. Bagels is an excellent choice for breakfast. While the quality has gone down somewhat over the past years, they still offer good bagels and a wide variety of breakfast options. The place is clean, but be prepared for it to get really busy on Saturday mornings. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick bite. The only thing I notices that did not like is that the food establishment allows dogs inside. Not service dogs any dogs. Also notice that the dog was pet by a cashier that prepares food. Look at your camera Saturday morning around 830 930 and you can see it. Its a shame that I food place like that accepts this kind of issue.

I LOVE this place. The staff is amazing and friendly and the managers are fabulous. I love that i go in and they already know my order and how the make my sandwich just right and the food is absolutely freaking Amazing!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPOT!!!!!
