Very bad experiences with this location. Last visit I asked for a toasted bagel and received a BURNT bagel. Called to speak to the manager and he stated "everyone has a different meaning of "toasted." I usually place pickups for my orders due to busy mornings, this morning I received a whole completely different order, not to mention it took 10 minutes while the employee and another employee just chatted.

I stop here at least twice a week and the service is always excellent. Cooks make sure the cheese is melted on my sandwiches and Katie is a pleasure to deal with she always has a great attitude

I want to say the food is good. I’m not sure because I’m still waiting for it. But what i can confirm with you is that the costumer service is mixed. I came in to a very gentle blonde lady who greeted me and laughed with me. I can’t say the same thing about the young lady in the register. She seemed upset that I was making an order. She was being so rude. I won’t come back to this location at all.

I did not know this location existed. It's a small one but I pulled in on Sunday because I wanted some of their coffee. I prefer Einstein's coffee over Starbucks. In fact I wish there were as many Einstein's locations as there are Starbucks. We need one in Smyrna! Anyways this review is on the service. The young lady that took care of me was so polite and friendly. I was the only one there at the time because they were about to close. They were unable to use credit cards indoors but that was okay I happen to have cash on me. Just a very nice visit thanks to her. I don't know her name or I would gladly give her a shout out. Good customer service always makes things better.
