★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Six cheese bagel! Yum. And brisket TX style yum! For a mostly vegetarian person this intrigued me. So I got one. It was a total of $9.78 for the TX brisket breakfast bagel sandwich with 1 egg and which included $1 tip for the cashier who took my order bc she was very friendly and sweet.. I can’t say the same for the lady who gave me the bagel however who was not nice or friendly at all and gave me a dirty look when I couldn’t hear her small mouse voice calling out my name when the bagel was ready (it’s a busy and loud airport with a ton of ppl talking on line and in the seats). So the bagel and brisket and egg (which was mostly egg whites which I loved and pre-made into a slab of omelette style for fast food bagels) came out hot which was great. Then I opened the sandwich to see so little brisket. It was good meat and not just fat parts but so little of it and compared to the picture it was no way near what the picture looked like which drew me to buy it. And the 6 cheese part was amazing. Lots of cheese and some of it mounded on thick that it was chewy and like having cheese on pizza in some parts. But the bagel was weird. It was like a soggy frozen bagel from the supermarket and not the typical chewy bagel Einstein is known for. And the bottom had no cheese (I wasn’t expecting it) but it didn’t look like a bagel. It was more like a piece of low quality and soggy flat bread. So I don’t know if it’s bc of the egg and cheese and brisket that it made the bread soggy but either I will ask for it to be extra toasted or just get a toasted bagel with cream cheese next time. The great thing is it’s open at 5am even on a Saturday morning! So it’s the only hot food open at Terminal 4 so it’s a Long line which goes fast enough.
April 26 · karina kHorrible experience, waited 30 minutes for my cup of coffee, finally get called and to get a cup to pour myself. My complain was the rude employee who would not give any info! I also ordered a bagel no cream cheese, well that didn't happened. It was loaded with cream cheese and cold by the time I got the cup to get my coffee
September 25 · irma torresI came when it was super busy at 7:30am. The queue was long as you can see in the video.I ordered on the kiosk and it was easy. Only two breakfast sandwiches were available as options. My order was prepared really quickly like within 5-7 minutes. I recommend ordering on the kiosk for faster service.I ordered a breakfast sandwich and large mocha iced coffee. I had to tell them and show my receipt about the drink because they didn't prepare it.So they quickly made one for me.Another complaint I have is that the everything bagel really lacked the usual toppings on the bagel. I took a couple of photos of the bagel sandwich and you can see, it looks more like a plain bagel than an everything bagel. The food was average and somewhat dry.Not a bad experience, but could be better.
November 08 · The Laughing LionDO NOT EAT HERE. You will regret it. Food is undercooked and I am highly suspicious of them not storing food properly in their storage area. Something concerning is going on with the refrigeration and cooking if the food.Employees sound angry and have no patience
April 12 · S BI ordered a specialty bagel with no meat (vegetarian here) and when I opened it, it was loaded with bacon. I took it back and the worker (a black female with a bold accent) asked me what the issue was. I told her, then she asked me for my name. I said it, and she asked for me to repeat it (as though I was the one having the problem understanding my own name).I repeated it again a bit slower—spelled it—and then restated it once again for good measure. She turned around, remade it and handed it to me without another word. When I received it, the photo is how she completed her job. She cut it in such a haphazard way, that it was clear that this was her way of being nasty. That’s fine. Enjoy your job, Sweetie, and I’ll enjoy mine. With that nasty attitude, your altitude is VERY limited.
