The attitude the main lady gives here is crazy. It’s so interesting that there’s so many reviews about it but nothing is done. No one here is happy to work here. Something that looks like Mold where the orange juice is. Got my order wrong. If you want to come here just do yourself a favor and go to Noah’s bagels instead, same menu but way cleaner and better customer service. Such a shame since I really do love Einstein bagels but this location is not it.

One of the best bagel places in LA. We got the Lox and Texas Brisket. The Lox stood out; red onion, tomato, capers, cream, and salmon. Great place for breakfast with good price and location.

Whoever is working at the register needs to be placed in the back. Went on two separate occasions and she has the nastiest attitude. Also make sure you are not paying with cash. Not a good experience and will not be back! Try hanks bagels or down the street western bagels MUCH better

The worst customer service. The cashier girl was not helpful at all. I wanted my sandwich on a plain bagel and she said they didn’t have anymore. But the people that order after us she told them the plain bagels will be out soon. When I heard that, I told her to give me mine on a plain one and she said no because my sandwich was made already. So I had to purchase a plain bagel on the side and transfer my sandwich to the plain one. She gave attitude. This was really upsetting . This was horrible.
