Friendly staff fast service for the timeframe that we went. Food was delicious. Mainly went for the coffee. First time going. Will probably be back again. Price a little bit ridiculous for the cream cheese.

The best blueberry muffin my husband ever had! The muffin was full of blueberries and moist. The caramel frozen drink was delicious and my favorite is the brisket bagel (no cheese). Service here is friendly and accommodating. Enough seating for our 8am meeting - get there early because the restaurant does fill up. Clean store and ample parking in a nicely maintained shopping center.

The food is excellent! The service was friendly yesterday but iffy due to there being only person filling the orders & he worked as fast as he could & only one person taking the orders who was slow but doing her best. At 1:15 pm there were 5-6 people waiting in line to place their orders & it was obvious there weren’t enough employees for the amount of business. The manager came in after a while, oblivious or disinterested in what was happening. He walked to the back perhaps an office (?) without stepping in to help! The 2 employees working needed help!! The woman taking orders was heard saying she was off the clock but she continued working while the Manager did nothing! This manager should probably be fired. It took 45 minutes to place & receive our order of 1 breakfast sandwich & 1 lox & bagel sandwich! We love this convenient location, service is normally fairly good tho always a bit of a wait but yesterday’s experience was absurd with a Manager who did not step up to the plate!!

Have been coming here a few times a year for 20 years! Wild. I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. I have only encountered really lovely staff who are sweet to me and my kid and I haven’t had a wrong order. Even had to reach out to the app’s customer service at headquarters and it was resolved in a couple hours which is quite quick for a big company. Anywho, good job all, keep up the good work. Our community appreciates you!
