I come often to this location in particular not only because it’s less than 3 mins from where I live, but people are always friendly and attentive. Service 10/10, if you want a convenient, fresh and easy place to grab a snack or even taking a bagel for lunch this the place for you. Also don’t forget the cold brew, I forgot to grab the girls name but she definitely did an amazing job with my coffee.🫶🏼

I have ordered bagels ahead of time 3 times. The bagels are tasty but they need to work on their customer service skills. Today I order one baker dozen through the mobile App at 6am this morning. I requested an 8:30 a.m. pick up. I sent my husband to pick them up at 8:25am to go pick them up. They weren't ready again.This is the 3rd time I ordered through the app. My husband had to wait 50 minutes at the store this morning for bagels that were ordered 2.5 hours ago. He wasn't offered a cup of coffee nor an apology.Please rethink your customer experience. Thank you!

We were thoroughly impressed by this new location in Plant City! The selection of bagel flavors was large and we were excited to see unique "elevated" flavors offered. The service was rapid and we really got the impression that our business mattered to the employees. I enjoyed the Texas Brisket egg sandwich; the brisket was smoky and tender, and the jalapeño cheddar bagel was a little bit spicy and the perfect complement to the brisket. My fiancé enjoyed the Nova Lox bagel; he said it was the best one he's eaten outside of New York City! The cold brew coffee tasted fresh and smooth. We ate inside the restaurant and we were greeted by the manager, who ensured we were pleased with our orders and shared with us about how the bagels are baked fresh in the store every day. There were so many delicious sandwich offerings, it was hard to choose just one! We look forward to returning and giving our patronage to this local business.

Our coffees and bagel sandwiches were great! Sydney helped us today, her energy was magnetic. She had a smile on her face throughout the entire 30 minutes we were there. Even when no one was around and she was cleaning the coffee pots. She helped the building feel warm and welcoming which is something a lot of restaurants miss lately. We will definitely be back.

Great people very friendly and accommodating Valencia who took my order was amazing and had great recommendations very patient and friendly as this was my first time to the establishment. Mrs Kim was also very friendly and accommodating food was hot and fresh cold shake was amazing a very big thank you to these ladies for making my first experience the best will definitely be back. I also want to thank Mrs Alicia for her hospitality even though I wasn’t clear on my order she made it right and I’m greatly appreciative for that.
