So I got the Texas bagel with only one egg and a spinach bagel. The brisket was really tender. They put mayo and some kind of sauce on there. It was different, but I liked it and that little hash brown thing is dry and it doesn’t really have a distinctive taste. I won’t be getting it again, but the bagel was good.

How is it possible i ordered ahead and still had to wait 30 minutes to get my bagel?? Told the people I was waiting for a pickup twice and they still made everyone else that came and ordered after I arrived first. Either they need to end the order ahead service or only hire more competent people. What's the point in offering offer ahead for people that don't want to wait in their 6x12 standing room if they're going to make them wait regardless?????????? Might as well close this store and move to a bigger area so people can at least sit and wait 40 minutes.

First time to order from this location. I ordered the Avocado Veg Out bagel sandwich on an Everything Bagel. It was NOT as pictured or described. It came MINUS the tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, spinach, and lettuce. They got the bagel right and just smashed avocado. I was excited for this location as it's close to where I live but very disappointed. I won't be ordering anytime soon. You can do better. Customer beware!
