First time walking in today 8/23/25 with my friend. Amazing food! Bought one cheese jalapeño bagel and a sandwich bagel with cheese ham bacon and 1 egg. One negative was the service. There were so many orders ready to be picked up at the end of the cashiers counter by the drinks that when my name was called I double asked which order was mine and was given one of the boxes (to go) and 2 smaller bags that we ate there. Then we sat down and started unwrapping our food from the smaller bags when one of the ladies comes to our table and snatches our to go box without an explanation while we heard my name again being called at the same time. So I went and got the RIGHT box that was mine. Will come again because the food it’s amazing but the service needs some work. Maybe they should write with a marker the names on each bag/box so it would not get mixed up again.

My day was completely made when I drove down the street and saw there was an Einstein bagels in occee!!!! Bagels are so good and they actually put the Cream cheese on the bagel. Unlike Jeff’s bagel run down the street thank goodness for Einstein bagels. I am so happy now.

Every single time I come in and get something my order is wrong, and not by a little like a lot. I ordered on bagel with smear and got two plain bagels. Today I ordered a white bagel with eggs whites and turkey sausage. I got a full egg, cheese and pork sausage. I don’t usually say this, but I’m not coming back.
