Einstein Bagels has a friendly team behind the counter the staff are polite and welcoming. That said, service seems to stop at the register. The dining area doesn’t appear to get much attention, with floors that clearly haven’t been swept in some time and tables that could use more upkeep. Coffee stations also go unchecked, so if you’re looking for a fresh refill, you may be left waiting or have to ask. Overall, the bagels are solid and the staff pleasant, but the lack of attention to cleanliness and coffee maintenance takes away from the experience.

Literally the best Einstein’s around. From the way the bagels are made, to the coffee, how clean and organized the store is, and the exceptional service - it just can’t be beat.

I asked them to cook my meat longer, and the staff asked why. I explained. They were so kind. My bagel sandwich was amazing; I had the maple sausage, egg, and bacon cheese bagel sandwich. The coffee was great. I only treat myself every so often because I love bagels so much. They have the freshest and the best I've ever had!

I think we're finally done with this Einsteins. 2 people working this morning who couldn't be in less of a hurry with a crowd waiting. We placed our order online, and still waited 15 minutes inside. When our order never came up, we asked the employee who admitted it was missed and had not started making it.Consistently pretty bad experience- would advise finding another bagel shop.

Just had their Lox bagel, hazelnut coffee, and a couple bites of the farmhouse! Overall the bagels are great. Do not order the Lox if you dont like smoked salmon (of which is a similar texture to raw) a lot of people order that and don't like it because it tastes like salmon ham. But to me, it was awesome. Not too salty or anything and the capers in the cream cheese was a nice touch! The only thing I recommend is if the company can maybe switch to a more durable coffee cup. Unfortunately grabbing the coffee cup ended up causing it to burst everywhere because the material is too soft for hot coffee. Other than that, the coffee tastes awesome too. It's hard to find a good hazelnut coffee that's medium roast and strong as it states. Overall, would definitely eat here again. 🙂
