The French toast trays have fed many of my house guests, and her cookies are thin and crispy and golden. The bagels and bread and cookies are baked fresh before you pick them up. If you have not tried her baked goods, you must. She is at farm markets, local stores, or pick-up on her porch. You will not be disappointed. Also, major plus, she is absolutely the sweetest.
