It is first & foremost a bagel shop and bakery. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bakery is over the top. They have almost everything to satisfy your sweet tooth. For example, their apple turnovers are three times the size if a normal one. Sandwiches are fantastic, at least 50 different kinds. Try it once and you will be sold on it.

Whenever my sister is entertaining friends & family, she raves about this place... AND NOW I KNOW WHY!!!While I already knew I loved their bagels 🥯 I had no idea this was where she got the pastries too.This morning's delicious decision was a veggie egg white sandwich w/ feta on a marble bagel 🥯 😋 and it was #PerfectlyDone. Sis kept it simple... sausage & eggs 🥚 🪺 on a plain bagel 🥯 (boring but good). Also picked up a cherry 🍒 crumb/tart/pie.To state the obvious... I love your bagels and pastries. But today I almost threw up after opening up your salad. I bought it around 11 today to eat for lunch.I am so shocked and disgusted. You have to step up your game in fresh salads. this salad was definitely prepared way too long ago.This is very disappointing especially when staff is friendly and bagels are very good...

So I went and had some Breakfast about a week ago and I'm just getting around to doing a review now which I totally forgot about but I went in there and I complained about my order and I asked for the owner when I came in there three times and he was not there each time and I looked at all the reviews and I see him responding to people saying that you should come in and ask for him and if there's any problems but he's never there I'm sure he's there in the morning to get the place running but then he takes off but I can tell you I will never come back because they just don't care this place has a big attitude after reading all the responses by the owner he could care less. he he made all his money so he doesn't care about the customers anymore no more Customer Loyalty does not care. If he truly cared about his customers he would definitely not be responding back the way he does because I have been in retail business my whole life and the customer should be felt like family not alienate them you want to keep them coming back and I used to tell myself people keep the customers we have happy or somebody else will ...apparently this guy never learned this ... So i happened to see the bagel store across the street called Bagel Boss and I went in there and the service was excellent the people were friendly and the prices were much cheaper. And now I know why the staff has an attitude problem because the owner has that problem and they feel they could treat the customers any way they want do yourself a favor go anywhere else but this place because apparently they don't need your business according to the owners statements

This bagel shop was a staple for all my sandwich cravings, whether it was morning, noon or night. I'm really disappointed to see how awful this place has become. Between the attitudes of the employees, the low quality in food/portion size and outrageous price. I have given them several chances at redemption and without fail, I am easily reminded why they are just not worth it anymore.
