★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1While strolling through University Village, I came across Hello Robin, which partners with Molly Moon to serve their delicious ice cream. Since I already know Molly Moon’s ice cream is amazing, I decided to focus on trying Hello Robin’s cookies.I’m happy to say the cookies didn’t disappoint! They were tasty, with a nice balance of chewy and crispy. While they might not have been mind-blowing, they were definitely enjoyable and a solid treat. I could see myself coming back for another visit, especially when I’m craving a sweet snack. If you’re in the area and looking for a casual dessert, Hello Robin is definitely worth checking out
July 02 · K LYou can walk in and see them making the cookies. Their cookies are all amazing. It’s such a fun treat to get (and to give). The store itself is darling, smells so delicious and everyone there is so nice (maybe their proximity to sugar and spice! 😂)
August 12 · Peggy CraneI had the strawberry ice cream and chocolate vegan cookie. Ice cream is Molly Moons and it was good. The cookie was chewy on the inside and crisp on the outside. Scoops were a decent portion and the shop was super cute. I did try the raspberry lemonade and that was really good. I will be returning.
July 20 · Joanna MonteiroHad the birthday cake cookie with a scoop of vanilla. The cookie had that perfect texture: a slight crisp on the edges, soft and chewy on the inside. The ice cream was obviously delicious, but putting them together was what made it next level.
August 03 · Sol ParkA MUST if you are in the Seattle area! The definition of a perfect sweet treat. Our orders: lemon poppyseed & birthday cake cookies with blackberry cobbler ice cream (left), molasses & brown butter snickerdoodle cookies with melted chocolate ice cream (right)
