Hiroki Introduce
Introduction / Overview: A Fusion of Japanese and European Dessert Mastery
Hiroki stands out in the Seattle dessert landscape as a premier Cake shop and Japanese confectionery shop. Located in the charming intersection often referred to as Tangletown/Wallingford, Hiroki offers Washington residents a unique and exquisite culinary experience that masterfully blends traditional European baking techniques with delicate Japanese flavor profiles and a focus on lightness.
The bakery is famous across the region, especially for its cheesecakes, which offer a refreshing counterpoint to the typically heavy American versions. Customers consistently describe the offerings—such as the Soufflé Cheesecake and the original Green Tea Tiramisu—as "soft, exquisite, and delicious," with pastries that "melt in your mouth with each bite." Hiroki has cultivated a reputation for creating desserts that are perfectly balanced in sweetness, appealing directly to those who prefer less sugar without sacrificing flavor. Whether you are seeking a special birthday cake or simply a quick, luxurious afternoon treat, Hiroki is the definitive destination for refined Asian-European desserts in the Seattle area.

What is Worth Choosing
Choosing Hiroki is an opportunity for Washington residents to experience dessert as a delicate art form, focusing on subtle flavor and ethereal texture over overwhelming sweetness.
The Unforgettable Soufflé Cheesecake Experience: The primary reason to visit Hiroki is to taste the difference of a truly light dessert. The Soufflé Cheesecake and its unique variations (like Mango Honey or Green Tea) are the star attractions. They challenge the conventional notion of what cheesecake can be, delivering a cloud-like, almost guilt-free indulgence that is perfect for celebrating a special occasion or simply elevating an ordinary afternoon.
A Sanctuary of Subtlety: For the discerning local palate that is often saturated with overly sugary desserts, Hiroki provides a welcome sanctuary. The careful balance of sweetness ensures the intricate flavors of high-quality ingredients like Matcha and Houji-cha (roasted green tea) are the main focus, not just the sugar. This makes every pastry a rewarding and sophisticated experience.
Unbeatable Convenience for Drivers: In a city where parking is notoriously difficult, the availability of both a Free parking lot and Free street parking near the Wallingford/Tangletown location makes visiting Hiroki exceptionally easy and stress-free. Coupled with the option for a quick visit and efficient mobile payment, the overall experience is tailored for the modern, busy Washington customer who seeks both quality and convenience. While some mention the higher price point, the consensus is that the soft, exquisite quality of the Japanese-European pastries is definitively worth the visit.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1They have different types of original cheese cakes such as green tea cheese cake, Sakura or houji-cha cheese cake, as well as Coconut Dacquoise roll. Soft, equisite, and delicious pastries melt in your mouth with each bite. The price is high, and the interior isn't anything special. It's worth to taste their pastries at least once if you never tried them before, but I wouldn't come back.
May 17 · Violetta FedotovaGot the Mongo Honey Cheesecake and the Soufflé Cheesecake to go. It’s a cute fuzzy cafe with a very warm atmosphere. The cheesecakes were terrific, the right amount of sweet for those who like to avoid extra sugar. Will like to visit again to try more.
May 03 · Samarth BhandariA small dessert and coffee shop with very delicious cakes, cheese cakes and coffee offerings. The cheesecakes are fairly sweet - more designed for the American taste, but still very delicious. They have quite a large parking lot, so don’t hesitate to drive here and spend some time enjoying a tasty treat with a good cup of coffee.
September 20 · John W (Live Love Ride Eat)A great little place in Wallingford they have great desserts with Japanese flair, they have rotating menu but what they have is amazing
August 11 · John Victor CalabigOkay - I love this place!!I went by at 4 pm on a Sunday afternoon. It was quiet and no one else was there - and their offerings were limited - just a few of different options available.I tried their Soufflé cheesecake - it was amazing!! 😋🤩 This is my first time trying it and I’m a convert! It was delicious!! I am not a fan of the traditional cheesecakes as they’re too sweet for my taste. However these were perfect!! Just the right balance of sweet and smooth without being cloying or heavy!! Anyway, my point being - try their soufflé cheesecake - it is really yummy!I also tried the iced Hojicha Latte with Oat milk - again, I was blown away - I really loved the beverage! It was cool and soothing on a hot day and paired really well with the cheesecake!
