This evaluation is the only way for me to leave my opinion, I just asked the attendant for one more cup holder because I was with 3 glasses of 750ml and I have witnessed the holder several times not supporting the weight of the glasses as we work in the rush and with several things in our hands other establishments always provide one more, but the lovely lady said that this is not her problem that it is just holding it with both hands, thank you very much miss just don't forget that I am also doing my service have a little more empathy for people from now on thank you for nothing

I feel terrible leaving this review, because the service was absolutely amazing. The people who work here as sweet as can be and do a good job.Through no fault of the workers, the food is awful. I like sweet and sugary, but Honey Dew is just insane. Not to mention, any sweet item (donuts/chillers/etc) have this bitter after taste.The customer service was stellar, but the food is just not good. I’ll stick to Dunkin.

I used to live right down the street in walking distance of this convenience store with Honey Dew inside. I now live about an hour away,but still stop in when visiting Worcester. Always a pleasure to see the friendly staff here! They are very fast paced & efficient, always courteous, accurate with orders & welcoming. The lines go fast, because they are wonderful at keeping up with customers. I have never had any issues here before. Coffee is always fresh, made how you like it. Many flavors. Also great cappuccino & bakery items such as muffins, donuts, coffee rolls, dew drops & more! Breakfast sandwiches available also. There is also public restrooms inside of Honey Farms (the convenience store that Honey Dew is located inside). You just need to ask Honey Farms staff to use the key first, because they stay locked. Would recommend!

Staff is very friendly and are working on your order before you reach the counter. They are great at remembering their customers. Their iced coffee is gross, cold brew is better but the machine is always broken and they don't care to even try to fix the problem in a timely manner! With this being the only early morning coffee shop in the neighborhood in walking distance, that alone makes me want to move away to a better area.

Great customer service from Valentina (I hope I got your name right)!! I ordered for delivery through grubhub and she first called to let me know they were out of something I asked for. No big deal. Then, the driver forgot my drink and was unresponsive so Valentina called and took it upon herself to rectify the issue. Customer service like that will never go unnoticed so I hope she is treated like the star she is at work. Thank you so much! 😊
