i come here every day, it’s closest to my house and most convenient i probably won’t stop either even though this location strictly messes up my order every single time. 99% of the time gives me the wrong cream cheese. my drink is always flavorless just tastes like plane redbull. if i make the mistake of ordering something toasted its burnt. its so irritating i pay for shit i waste daily. the people are very kind but clearly suck. I’m so disappointed i hate how much you guys ruin my day daily.

Employees are always energetic and welcoming. Happy to explain and correct mistakes.Once they charged me for the wrong order and fully refunded me and gave me my order on discount ( i think ) for the inconveince.It does gets busy due to the the proximity to the highway 24. They always repeat their order to ensure no mistakes are made. I come here 4 times a week for my morning Hot Chocolate.
