From a simple yet perfect **Sourdough Loaf** to the highly popular **Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls** and unique beverages like the **Blue Babe Matcha**, Honey Veil is redefining what a local South Florida bakery can be.

Customers should be aware that due to the popularity of their small-batch items, the best way to ensure availability is to visit earlier in the day, especially for their famous sourdough goods and honey-whipped toppings which often sell out quickly.

What is Worth Choosing
Honey Veil Bakery is an exceptional choice for Florida users, particularly those who prioritize flavor without compromising on clean, high-quality ingredients. What makes this bakery truly worth choosing is its dual focus: mastering the art of sourdough and leading the trend in gourmet matcha. For the consumer looking to reduce refined sugar intake, the commitment to natural sweeteners in both the pastries and the specialty drinks—such as the unique **New York Summer Matcha** or the classic **Sourdough Loaf**—is a major draw. The use of ceremonial-grade matcha further guarantees a higher quality and more potent beverage experience than found at many standard coffee shops.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We tried three different pastries and they were really good. The matchas tasted very natural — which can be a plus for some, but not really for me. The line took about 20 minutes, but the team was super friendly. I’d definitely go back to try their coffee and another poppy seed cake.
September 27 · Enzo 99I wanted to love Honey Veil. The matcha banana bread didn’t have a banana flavor, and the icing tasted lemon-y (I didn’t really taste matcha). The matcha cookie was good. The strawberry matcha was okay, but it could have used more honey as sweetener. The presentation is gorgeous, however, and I suggest going in the morning before they sell out of baked goods.
September 11 · Paris RayneriI loooove this place so much! It’s my Sunday rotation, I’ve been following this truck everywhere they’ve been. Mind you, I do not like matcha, but this match I love! It’s so worth the price, the ingredients are high quality and you can taste it on the flavor. I’d recommend their regular matcha and honey whip and/or the banana bread matcha with almond milk, it brings out the flavors more than other kind of milks! For their pastries I’ll recommend the sourdough cinnamon roll, the salted caramel brownie and the banana bread. Loved all those options! Need to try more of the pastries. Just know I once waited 3hrs between waiting line and waiting for the order, and I still continue to visit them on every location: it is worth it, never had waiting issues ever again btw.
August 24 · AndreaThe matcha was great but my cinnamon rolls were raw. Disappointed bc i waited like 45 min in the rain for half baked rolls..
September 07 · Ana VillalongaCame with my wife on a Sunday morning and enjoyed the Flow Farmers Market. We ordered the apple tart and sour dough cinnamon roll. We got the New York Summer Matcha and the Brunei dirty matcha. Everything was 10/10 will def be back
