Very crowded area only went there to try the app deal dozen donuts for $6.49 “too good to go”. Turns out you cannot pick a donut you only get what they give you. I asked for a glazed donut she didn’t give me not a single one. She gave me the lemons and unwanted donuts lol. Difficult to find a parking spot 😂. Despite my unfortunate circumstance the customer service is good. The people are polite not rude or ghetto. I called ahead if I can pick my order and the person agreed. Found a parking spot across the street. Crossed the busy street cause I’m not about to walk farther to the pedestrian crosswalk. Krispy Kreme donuts taste different from Tim Hortons or Dunkin Donuts. I find it a little bit more sweet, I wish I tried the glazed ones. Next time!

I am a North Carolina native and love Krispy Kreme.. I can remember the Hot Now flashing in Greensboro and me driving in to get a dozen.. I have been coming to this Krispy Kreme since it opened during the Pandemic.. the staff is pleasant and the atmosphere is clean and cordial..Unfortunately, I visited a couple of weeks I ordered a latte based off the posted marketing in the store for 3.99.. when I got to the register I was told that the posted promotion was a mistake and the item was full price.. the manager was unavailable at the time so I came in the next spoke to the manager who told me that the promotion was wrong and the item is full price but you are still advertising the promotion so therefore you should honor the promotion I was told no. I escalated it to corporate and never received even a callback so I have been back since then.. this is proof that your store could be clean products could be fresh and good and the staff can be nice.. but if the customer service is bad.. u guys fail.. good luck to you in the future.. hope u guys enhance your customer service techniques…

Great fast service. No line and no wait time. She made my ice mocha coffee fast and it was really chocolate. I will go back again any time I have a chocolate coffee craving. The donuts were pretty much basic they seemed a little smaller than the average size donut .

Great product. Love the doughnuts here. If you get a Jelly doughnut, it actually has jelly. Far superior to Dunkin. The chillers are great too. The coffee could be better, but I did go during the later hours so no shocker there. Great customer service. Some of the friendliest people work here and they sell merchandise. Love the t-shirts and the dog toys.I wish they would bring the peach doughnut back (it was part of the limited time Dolly Parton set) or make a French cruller one.

Update 4.3.2023:I've come to this location multiple times and always leave happy. During their first year of opening, this place would get packed. The line was outside and everyone would social distance. Now im usually able to come in and order immediately, with little to no wait.The last three times I've visited, the same ladies have been behind the counter. I've come by Saturday afternoon. The ladies who work that shift are amazing. They work FAST and have a whole routine set up. You ask one of them for the donuts you want and she repeats them loud enough for the lady at the register to hear. By the time you turn around, you are rung up and they're just waiting for payment. I love it.The donuts are always good. Really soft and fresh. I love the different donuts that come out during the seasons and holidays. This week i picked up the mini spring box. I enjoyed the different donuts it came with. It came with chocolate frosted donut with pastel sprinkles, green frosted donut with a marshmallow bunny with candy feet, blue frosted donut with white circle sprinkles and piped yellow frosting with orange to create a baby chick and last was a yellow and orange flower with sugar sprinkles. They were all delicious and a hit with the kiddies. It was 16 mini donuts for $20.49.This time around i also ordered coffee from here. I have never tried any of their beverages. I had an iced caramel coffee. It was surprisingly good. The coffee was strong. I liked it.Overall, i will continue to support them. The donuts are GOOD.10.14.2021:This location has been holding up pretty well. I have both got to this location to pick up donuts and also have had delivery.I much rather go in to get the donuts. Its cheaper and you also have a chance to see the donuts and pick the ones you like best. They prices are a little expensive. Especially when you compare them to other donut places that are around. However the donuts here are worth it.My favorites are the glazed and jelly filled. Most of the seasonal donuts arent that good. This last visit i got two Halloween donuts and the black sugar on the outside is too grainy and like sand. It also turned my kids mouth black. We wiped it all off. During the holiday in December they come out with a few more in present design and trees, etc - they aren't good. Too much food coloring on the icing. The icing filling on the inside isn't good.bThe glazed pumpkin spice cake donut is absolutely delicious.Overall i will keep visiting this location.
