I've been here twice in the past month to buy donuts for my team. Despite large orders, the service has been fast, my order is correct, and the donuts are always delicious!Today, Luis made my day by being super friendly, communicating clearly, and recommendeding I take advantage of an extra dozen at a huge discount!I highly recommend the Krispy Kreme in Millenia!!!

This place is amazing, I went to here in the late afternoon, around 6:00 p.m., I was drawn in by the fact that they had a Harry Potter special Donuts. A dozen for about $20. Approximately $1.60 a donut which is great considering the size of the donuts and the price of everything right now. I added a picture that I took in one from their promotion, they are just as delicious looking as they're ad.Going this late to a donut shop kind of sets a precident in your head that they might not be fresh and you're getting the end of the day Donuts. Boy was I wrong, especially since I drove another 30 minutes home in traffic before I got a chance to enjoy them. They were delicious.The staff was incredibly friendly, not a single person in there, did not have a smile on their face. When they went to grab the donuts you can see that they were taking their time to grab the best ones for you and if they saw one that they didn't like, they would put it aside. The Establishment itself was incredibly clean and had families with kids wearing little Krispy Kreme hats which was adorable.And I highly recommend the Harry Potter collection it is a delicious mix of all these different types of flavors that I will list in the bottom of this review. Overall everything was delicious, and I will definitely repeat probably more times than I should.Harry Potter Collection:Gryffindor™ Doughnut (cookie butter Kreme™ filling, Biscoff® crumble), a Slytherin™ Doughnut (chocolate and green buttercream swirls, chocolate cookie sugar), a Hufflepuff™ Doughnut (brown butter toffee custard filling, golden yellow icing, cookie crunch), and a Ravenclaw™ Doughnut (blueberry icing).

These Donuts taste like someone dumped some Pine-Sol solution into the mix. Krispy Kreme used to be good Donuts now they make garbage. I'll stick to dunkin' Donuts. Thank youI also tried to call the restaurant to complain but they don't answer.Here's a photo of me throwing them away and I NEVER throw away food.

I'm completely disappointed. I've had two bad experiences at this Krispy Kreme. The first time I thought it was just a bad day on the part of the employee, but on May 29th I realized it was the store's fault. That day I bought four dozen donuts from the supposed Pac-Man promotion they were having, and it was a total scam. They charged me almost $82. I was very excited to buy them for my son's last day of school. I received the promotion by email, and I had no doubt it would be perfect for the occasion. When I bought them, first of all, they gave them to me in the white boxes that they put all the regular donuts in, not the black box that the promotion said they would give you. Secondly, the donuts looked like a Halloween carnival; nothing to do with Pac-Man, since they also didn't have the Pac-Man figures that the promotion also said were included in each donut. I was already annoyed when I started my day and asked the employee if there was a discount since I didn't get one for anything I bought and was being charged for it, and her response was a resounding "NO." Even more annoyed, I grabbed the donuts and left. I was about to write to them but hadn't had time to. I've always loved the donuts here, especially the original ones, but I'm so disappointed with my experience that I don't think I'll ever return. Don't believe their promotions.

I was at the establishment today, May/8/2025 at 8:39 am, the hot lights were on, and the employee simply informed that she could not give the donuts because the free donuts promotion had ended! Unfortunately, people with bad intentions make our experiences in good places terrible and humiliating, there were 3 of us and only 1 person had the right to the donuts, the rest could not eat, without making the payment
